One of the worst experiences I had going to Little Cesar's. Online order given about 45 minutes time before pick up. The order was simple, two pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. I waited in the store an additional 15 minutes after the 45 minutes I gave them to get the order done. The reason you put an order in online is so you don't have to wait around in the store as they are literally making the food in front of you. That's a minor gripe I realize.
What made the experience terrible was the lady at the register at that time, no nametag so I couldn't say the name but she had basically half blonde hair and half roots of dark hair, she had the look of I hate my job and I hate every customer that walks in on her face. Shot dirty looks at me and I never said a word, never asked about my order or anything. After finally a total of an hour start to finish my order was complete (absolutely abysmal service time for LC.) I remembered that on my way in I saw a hand written sign on the door that said cash only. The Issue I have with that is I clearly saw people using their card while I was waiting for my food. I figured it might be interesting to the owner that what I assume would be half his business is being shunned away before they enter the door and the half that do go through are getting terrible service even though I see four...
Read moreI placed an online order 1 hour before pick up. Email stated would be ready at 4:45 pm. I arrived to workers yelling and sarcastic with one another and walking back and forth and them not acknowledging that I was there along with 3 other customers. I spoke loud and asked if my order was ready. The tall thin man answered in a sassy tone what's your name. I told him and then he said I don't know talk to a cook. Finally a woman named Sara came around and she asked nicely what's your name and then informed me it's not in the oven that it would be about 10 mins. I was irritated how ever ok cause I paid online so I'm stuck. I waited and when my food was done the tall thin man grabbed my food and I asked him to just hand it to me, he ignored me so I said loud can I have my pizza. He stated yeah after u punch in ur code (the wait oven) in a demeaning tone. So I said ya know you're a d*ck. So then he said and you're a Karen. Read moreI ordered a cheese pizza because I don't eat pork. The cheese was so thin that it was burnt on top, and there were empty spaces where it was just bread. It was disgusting. Which normally I don't have this problem. I called asking to speak to a manager, and I can hear the employee that answered the phone mocking me. Why she thought that was ok to do tells me more about management. Then the manager kept stopping me when i was trying to explain the situation on the phone. Instead, he assumed I was lying or trying to take advantage for a free pizza. He said we get a lot of people doing that. Well, just because other people do it doesn't mean we all do it. I took the pizza back yo the store and still no apologies, no kind words, nothing. At this point, I was pissed!
