What an amazing experience! First off, this is my first big purchase since relocating to Illinois and I was in a bit of a crunch since I had my Mom and Brother coming to visit for the first time. My brother is a very tall man and heavy so offering him the blow up mattress was not the thing to do. (I slept on it for 3 weeks when I moved here it's amazing) I really needed a comfortable couch so I visited Hometown after converting with Jason via text. Jason is by far the nicest business owner I've worked with, He was patient and polite and so helpful, I don't do traditional banks and he was so flexible, We finally chose to do weekly payments via cash app. He was so on time for delivery (I'm used to a huge delivery window) he said he would be there at 10am and by God, he was there at 10am. I had one small snag and one of my cushions was missing from the manufacturer box, definitely a manufacturer fail, but Jason contacted the manufacturer immediately and kept me updated step to step until I got my cushion. Come here if you want a great experience buying a new mattress! Jason is very relaxed and easy to talk to. The store is setup comfortably to allow you to lay on the different mattresses for sale and see what you like best. While you can spoil yourself with some high end options, there are also more budget friendly mattresses available. The adjustable split power base we purchased with our MidAmerica mattress was about half the price compared to other sellers in the area. We got our mattress and the base delivered for $35 flat fee, very fair considering expenses these days. All in all, I feel that Jason and his store made our mattress shopping experience absolutely 5star. Easy, fair, friendly low pressure. Just a great experience buying here. Also our mattress is amazing and came with a 15yr warranty, which is 5 years more than other competitors. Nice peace of mind. We recently transitioned to a split king with an adjustable bed base and needed two twin xl mattresses. Jason was accommodating with meeting us at a time that worked for us and was great in helping us choose which ones would work best for us. I have to also add that he was incredibly patient in letting us test almost every mattress that he had in stock. When there was a delay in shipping due to the cold weather shutdown in Texas, Jason went out of his way to try to keep me in the loop.
