The WORST Dunkin Donuts ever! If I could give zero stars I would. I regrettably have gone here for a few months since I've moved and every single time (without fail) that I've gone here they have gotten my order wrong. Whether I go through the drive thru or I order inside, my order is always wrong. Yesterday I had enough. My boyfriend handed me my food and both the sandwich and drunk were wrong. Somehow they were right on the receipt and whoever made them just didn't care enough to pay attention. It wasn't even busy. I know how easy it is to work at dunkin donuts because I am an employee at a separate location and have been for a few years. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. After receiving this wrong order yet again, I had my boyfriend go inside to have the order fixed, not once, but TWICE after the first wrong time. Finally I snapped and called the manager who seemed nice on the phone, but I had to repeat myself several times because apparently she can't listen either. Finally, she said that this morning I could go into their establishment and I could have whatever I wanted for breakfast for free. Well she lied, or she told the girl at the sandwich station a different story because she asked for yesterday's receipt and just remade what was wrong yesterday. How incompetent is the staff here? Seriously. This review is also going to corporate and I REALLY hope you consider fully retraining ALL your staff because it's not just new people screwing up as it's been a probably four MONTHS, nearly a year. Read moreThe following has happened more than once at this location: Ordered a small hot midnight roast at the drive-thru, only to discover the coffee to be lukewarm, or not prepared as requested. This only seems to happen with the midnight roast and what used to be the dark roast.
The problem is that I'm not about to hold up the line to check every item to see if it's hot or if it's prepared as requested. My only option once I discover there is a problem is to go back to the end of the line which I'm not about to do.
If it weren't for the new avacado toast (which I must say is wonderful), I wouldn't risk having my order fouled up and would make my morning coffee at the house before I leave for work, which I pretty much do now, except on the mornings when I'm in the mood for an avacado toast. Hope this...
