04/28/18 Reasonable quality assurance this time. New guy at 2:55, didn't repeat my order at the order screen. Sebastian repeated it at the payment window. Manny did not repeat the order at the pickup window. Luckily the order was correct after we checked it, kudos to the people on the grill, they're the MVP's today. 04/19/2018 The owner personally called me today. He sounds like the kind of person you'd deffinitely want to do business with. He apologized for the lack of patience that I received yesterday and made me feel important as a customer. He made it very clear that this was important to him and that, there was no excuse for lacking customer service or quality assurance. I will deffinitely continue to recommend this McDonalds to others. I couldn't be happier with how this was handled. Thank you so much!
--Resolved--04/18/2018 Alena, at the drive through, doesn't know how to repeat orders, nor is she friendly. I would recommend she re-watch the training videos for the drive through, maybe even the ones for the front of house point of sale, so she can learn how to speak to customers. Typically, an order is repeated at the order screen, then the payment window, (then the pickup window, but that wasn't her, the older guy at the window didn't repeat the order either, until I started going through the bag) Alena, did not recite the correct order and when I pointed out the errors in what was read back to me, she became short with me. This is pretty disappointing, considering all the hard working, positive people that someome would be surrounded by here. I submitted the survey and requested to be contacted.
Isabelle, a manager, is fantastic. She is patient and listens to everything you have to say, before she offers a solution. I've never been happier to speak to a manager who handles things like she does.
Tristan, is the man. He is always friendly, he repeats every order at the order window and at the payment window(when he's on the final window, he repeats it there too, EVERY TIME), with astounding accuracy. Incredible employee

Read moreI learned something new tonight at this McDonald's. There is no such thing as a small combo meal. After two hours on the road I stopped in for a bite to eat. I ordered a #7 combo. When asked what size, I said small. My order was rung up and my food was a bit slow but everything was there. After finishing my meal I was looking at my receipt and noticed he rang everything up a-la carte which did not match the combo price. I went back to the counter and was told by a manager that they do not have a small combo and that was how it was suppose to be charged. Nowhere does it say there is no small combo on the menu (or any size options for that matter). They did not say anything when I ordered. And since I had finished my meal there was not going to be any refund. So they charge you more to eat less! I guess I will be eating a lot less at McDonald's from...

The self order kiosks were okay, the app for rewards is a hassle. They have numbers to take the food to your table now. I was with another person and we both had a number, we sit at both sides of the booth with our numbers on the side we are on. The girl brings out both at the same time and says she doesn't know who gets what even with the numbers matching our seats and the numbers are on the tickets on the trays. She also missed a hash brown. The drinks came with straws, but we had to walk across the restaurant to get our own napkins next to the drink machine where there were...
