Rally's — Restaurant in Fremont

Best Rally/Checkers that I've visited in Ohio the few times I've went it has always been good, only visited fremont maybe a dozen times in my life and I have made a point to stop thru on most trips. The Food's ALAWYS made when ordered so its not just sitting under a heat lamp literally baking & drying out for god only who knows how long unlike so many other Fast Food Restaurants even compared to the standards of other Rally's locations previously visited such as the old Sandusky location, which is close snd rightfully so in my opinion. [FOOD REVIEW] The Chicken was juicy, still too hot to eat right away so excellent if you are taking it home to eat or grabbing to eat at work on break, it was cooked to perfection as far as fast food goes, fries crispy straight from the fryer to your box, SO FAR never had anything that was over cooked and crunchy. My overall personal Rating being 82/100 just enough to get that 5th star, IF I am most accurately Rating it. To give an example of a 100/100 & the ONLY flat out deserving perfect rating, it would have to be IN&OUT Burger in Carlsbad/San Diego, California, USA. Ever since being the GOLD Standard I use compare all other fast food places, especially the classic "Burger & Fries" joints IN&OUT even after doubting the hype was next level Deliciousness. I would give 0 stars... Your night crew needs to learn customer service... I asked for salt handed me ketchup, food cold and had to get remade... Tasted awful... The tall blonde unapologetic and told me they can't grill buns cause its broke with a attitude... I can't imagine the mind set... As a manager over a restaurant I would fire my employees for this... They're old enough to know better, just there to collect the paycheck and not want to work for it... The guy with red hair very rude.... People's EBT just got cut... fire them and get a new crew. People are now desperate to work.... the food one the redo sauce was runny... didnt eat just the fries... 37.12 for a awful experience that needs a health inspection... I clock in and work 16 hour shifts... DO BETTER!

Update.... I spoke with the GM....SHE IS AWESOME!!! She apologized and we talked. She offered to make it right. I am good, if anything I would love to meet her and hug her neck for being a good boss and human... I apologized to her cause she shouldn't had to hear me rant... She is trying her best and US talking made me understand... At the end of the day she has to clock out and go home, these grown adults know better especially dude...

I was in the area just as the restaurant opened and we decided to stop in for lunch .

The smell in the air is probably why we decided to stop today, the smell of the fries and the other baked goods in the air had our mouth watering before we even got in the drive-thru .

The prices have increased somewhat but comparable to every other restaurant in town and the a la carte items were nice additions to our lunch. Today .

We had a chili dog and world famous rally fries, ice cold, soft drinks as well as the chicken bite combo and lunch today hit the spot for everybody !

They are always quick in getting our order together, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and when you get your hot food in the bag and that smell wafts through the car, you can't beat it !

Make sure to ask for extra napkins and ketchup for those amazing fries. And remember with the warmer weather coming up they've got milkshakes and ice cream desserts to cool you off !

We always enjoy visiting Rally's and we will definitely be stopping back again when we are out and about soon!

Chili dog chili dog chili dog is all I can say. I was so impressed and I'm getting hungry, just thinking...
