I only gave 3 stars because they tryed! So we took my engagement ring here to be sized and appraised for insurance. When the ring was done i picked it up and didnt look at it well ,was excited to get back to the car so he could put it on me. He looked it over and was not happy you could see that work was being done on it it was vey thin with 2 cracks and with in a week it was flat and the crack had deepened. i took it back and a day half later told it was done again! it looked better but still was not the high quality work we expected and that matched the quality of the ring . now there are 2 low spot and a scuff and a deformation on both sides of the band near the bridge. my $5,000 + ring now look like a...

I walked in on a Friday to get one ring checked and repaired. I walked out leaving all my ring on my hands to be cleaned. The jeweler said he would have my ring fixed and I can come saturday to pick them up. When I went back on saturday they presented me my rings and I was blown away on how they shined and so sparkly. Also one ring that I left to just be cleaned the jeweler replaced the stone that was missing (very very tiny cz stone). I was surprised and happy that he did that. The lady's and jeweler that work there are a pleasure to work with. Prices are amazing with great customer service! I would recommend...

Everyone here is very kind & helpful. They will go the extra mile. During your first visit you enter as a customer and leave as family. They have looked at items. That has given me the opportunity to investigate is it real or is someone pulling a fast one. They are true & honest in every way. I heard about them threw a friend. Now many years & purchases later I have yet to have a bad experience. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you all for setting the bar high in customer service...
