I had 3 bad services at this location and I will never set foot back in there again. The first time I ordered at 830 pm and it closed at 9. The guy was so mad I ordered he started slamming the containers down and mugged me the whole time. The 2nd time I asked a lady to put no onions in a salad and she gave me so much attitude I just left. Now the reason why I am writing this is the 3rd time. It was today (12/21/24). I just did a 2 hour workout and went in and ordered at the kiosk. I asked if they can put the Asian sauce instead of mayo and they said no problem. So I ordered and waited. I sat there for 25 minutes while multiple people came in and ordered after me. They kept giving at least 3 couples and 2 other people their sandwiches, I started getting upset and asked the lady for my money back. She looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I even put in an order. That made me more upset since she clearly seen me sitting there for now almost 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and the lady called the 2 others over because she seemed confused. The 2 others came out and one said here is your sandwich. It was sitting on the counter in the back for 20+ minutes and they never gave it to me. I ordered a hot sandwich so I didn’t want it anymore, it must have been cold by then. Then I said no, I want my refund. The younger lady said with attitude “ you want a free sandwich and your refund” assuming I complained to get a free sandwich in front of many customers to hear. That was so embarrassing, I then said again, no I just want my refund. I wanted to say something but it would have only made me look bad. Terrible service from those 3 woman. I will never step foot back in to that location again. I always liked togos also and workout right next to it. Now I will just not eat it since there is none closer to where I actually live. Read moreI come here every so often, but I have a friend who comes here very often and stays for a while to do her homework and everything. She orders the same thing every single time, either a salad or a sandwich. Today we were going there to meet up, she finished school early, so she went ahead. She ordered her salad, the same one she gets every single time. She asked for cheddar cheese, no croutons, extra ranch. They gave her parmesan cheese, croutons, and 1 caesar dressing (when you order extra, they give 2 cups of dressing). She tried to be kind and ended up just asking for some ranch, one of the lady was super sweet about it and she didn’t seem like she spoke english very well, the other employee started side eyeing her and whispering about her to her coworker. She ended up not eating her salad, because she’s allergic to the cheese, and croutons trigger her migraines. She didn’t even ask them to remake her salad, because she didn’t want the kind employee to get in trouble with her boss. She ended up reordering another salad when the boss left, but through the entire time, she continuously got side eyes and looks from the rude employee who kept looking at her uneaten salad. We ended up meeting up after a bit, she gave her uneaten salad to us and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Our group granted is pretty big, and we got pretty loud which is entirely our fault. Instead of telling us to quiet down, the rude employee yelled at us, called us crazy and proceeded to mutter insults at us. She said she’s never had much trouble with the employees before and she likes most of them, she comes over often to do her homework, they do sometimes mess up her order, but she doesn’t mind because it’s an honest mistake, but the rude employee had a lot crap to say for someone who messed up the entire order. I went here to order a veggie wraps, the same thing I always get at every Togo's. The cashier was very rude, didn't respond when I said hi and interrupted me to say "what size?". I explained there's no size, it's a wrap but she insisted she needed a size to "know how many portions to put inside the wrap". I said I've never heard of that, but I said large just to keep usgoing (I had waited in line 5 mins and there were other people waiting beging me), then she asked me to pay and I noticed she had charged me the price of a large sandwich. I pointed her to the menu, explained again that I always get the same in every togo's, and that the menu clearly doesn't say there are two sizes or prices for wraps. But she insisted that the price depends on "how many portions go inside the wrap", the other employee working in the kitchen also confirmed that, although the people in line agreed with me.
Is there something like a $12 "large wrap"? That doesnt make sense, the wrap I always get is very generous and it's $8.50. I asked her to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. So I cancelled my order and walked away, after driving 20 minutes, waiting in line and trying to get a simple lunch in the middle of a pandemic.
