⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just checked out the soft opening of Umika Sushi in Northgate, Fremont, and everything was spot-on delicious! We started with the Chicken Karaage and sparkling sake, then moved on to Maguro Nigiri and a spicy tuna hand roll that was packed full of flavor. But the standout was the Bluefin Lover Roll—the beautiful marbling and fatty content reminded me of top-grade cuts I’ve only tasted in Japan. They didn’t have the Hamachi Kama yet (one of my favorites), but I can’t wait to come back for it. If you’re in Fremont, don’t miss this hidden gem!...

We came in to this place through a wide open door and it was hotter in the restaurant than outside. We asked for hamachi kama and the waitress said they were out. Out of oysters as well. We began searching the menu for a plan B meal. We never saw the waitress again, she forgot about us. But the flies didn't. They wouldn't leave us alone. We just left. Life...
