If I could give this place a zero star I would! I went into the bakery two weeks before I needed to pick up my sons 10th birthday cake on March 21st. I talked to them and also sent them a picture on their email (I made sure that they received it before I left) they said everything was perfect and they can do it. Went to pick up my sons cake and was definitely NOTHING that I sent them, it’s like they wanted to do whatever they wanted!! The cake decorator didn’t even look at the email! And the paper had all the information! They told me that Monica the owner was going to call me, give her about two days,days went by( March 22nd) and nothing…I called them and they said they’ll call her again and still nothing… Monday they aren’t open and then Tuesday I finally had to go up there and I was able to get my money back for the cake, and that is because the girl that works there part time said she was so sorry that the owner never called me and she’s going to give me my money back and she’s going to tell her that she did!! I appreciate it and thats seriously all I wanted and would of been nice for the owner to call me instead of ignoring me… but her customer service is horrible, for an owner to just ignore a customer and not give a shit is horrible! I will never go here ever!! And I will make sure to tell my family and friends!!

Delicious, fresh donuts! My absolute favorite is the Peanut Butter Cream one. Holy moly! I would eat two everyday if I wasn't scared of DIABEETUS! 😫 Paczki Day is best here as well! All the treats have been fantastic.

I have been told what great Donuts they have here 4 months after moving to the area about a year ago I just never seem to head out that direction, i did today and got there 20 minutes after they closed, there were two young women in there that were very helpful and apologetic and I was actually able to get a few Donuts great customer service great personalities would recommend this place to anybody I haven't even tried the donuts yet which I'm sure are great they look fantastic but the people there...

Donuts are great, service and attitude poor. When I complained about them always being out of the donut my boss likes, I got attitude and sound effects. When I let the woman know it was unprofessional, I was told she would let her grandmother know. I confess, I had an attitude after all the sound effects.
