Tiffany's Pizza — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

Now I wanted to leave no stars since the pizza tasted like cardboard, I ordered it on a weekday around 2 o'clock and it took over an hour to get to my house which is crazy since I live less than half a mile away from the store. Now what really upset me and I'd say Tiffany's crossed a line they never should have crossed with me... so my order was $29.88 all together, now Tiffany's online order forms DO NOT HAVE A SECTION TO LEAVE A TIP.... I looked and looked over and over because I had no cash only credit card but their was no spot to leave a tip online. So long story short the next day I received a text message from my bank card saying that Tiffany's had updated my bill from $29.88 to $34.88 so Tiffany's took it upon themselves to steal 5$ from me for a tip. Yes I wanted to tip my driver but I couldn't do it online and I would not have tipped $5 for a pizza that took over an hour to get less then half a mile down the road. The pizza was cold an tasted like cardboard box pizza honestly, and I ordered extra cheese and I'd be willing to bet money they DIDN'T put extra cheese on it but they sure did charge me for extra cheese..but what made me mad is Tiffany's stole $5 from my card without my knowledge I got a overdraft fee from my bank. you got to be kidding me taking my hard earned money Like a theft in the night.. this has made me not trust Tiffany's pizza establishment anymore I feel violated I feel like my trust was lost, it's to bad since I've been eating there for over 30 years but i won't ever...

We ordered 2 pizzas and a bread last night at 6:10. They said a 20 minute wait. Friday night pretty busy not a big deal. I get there around 6:35 and they said the pizzas will be a few more minutes. They have about 12 people working inside and I swear not a single one had a clue what was going on. They never had a “designated” person for the front. They kept putting orders up front and no one was checking them. However, I am trying to be patient. But after about 8 people were inside all waiting for orders we were starting to get a little impatient. It’s now 7:15. An hour after I’ve order and I’ve been inside the building for over 30 minutes now. I asked “ are any of these orders people waiting inside” and they said “ we don’t know”. I’m about to lose it at this point as she’s reading almost everyone’s order that’s been waiting. My pizza was the one that’s literally been sitting on the same spot on the shelf since I arrived a half hour ago. Not only extremely frustrated but now just paid 50$ for cold pizzas. Some of the worst services I’ve ever had. Yes they were busy. But this...

We had called in a order and when I went in the delivery driver came in throwing his bag and mad. I was watching a guy with no gloves putting toppings on a pizza. Then he patted it all down on the pizza. I wanted to walk out but he then put on gloves to make our subs. Hopefully he was making his own pizza but hands were still in the cups holding all the toppings and cheese. Then when I go back to the vehicle my husband tells me the delivery driver snapped at him for parking in his spot. We were there about 5 minutes. Sorry to the delivery...
