Carrillo's Mexican Food Inc. — Restaurant in Fresno

I usually take out from this restaurant 2×3 times a week. Tonight I had a horrible experience ordering a burrito. Sergio was helping me and was having tremendous trouble using the debit card pos machine. I informed him my chip wasn't working and after the third attempt he'd be able to swipe. He immediately took my information as an insult and became belligerent. After numerous attempts he walked off. The pos machine was beeping like crazy. I grabbed my card out of the machine and left to get cash. When I returned to pay with cash his attitude was far worse and was lowkey uncomfortable. After I received my order I expressed my dissatisfaction and as I was walking out the door he yelled "fix your card!" mind you, customer's were dining and witnessed the horrible presentation of poor service. I will no longer order from this place. From now on I'll take my money to Al's Rico's Tacos on Ashlan and Mark's, they have better service, food, and pricing. F&#* Valentine's. You...

I've always enjoyed the food it's a great spot local around the way from my house when they had the taco truck outside it was a great place to stop after going out with friends the tacos were fresh and they came out fast strangely they come out a thousand times faster at night than when you actually go in or even call in your order I've noticed that in the daytime sometimes it takes up to 25-30 minutes to get 5 tacos. If I have all the time in the world then it is a great place to come sit down have a soda enjoy a meal if you're in a hurry and you're busy trying to get take out because you just got home from work or are you come during their peak busy hours be prepared for a wait. Also if you don't double check even if you ask for salsa or condiments such as radish or lime they don't give them even if they say that...

Love the authentic Mexican food. They're always making fresh food from scratch the menudo is made daily everyday from scratch. Also great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful servers that make you feel welcomed and cared for. You can even call ahead to place an order for pickup. They always seem to have fresh dishes made entirely from scratch that remind me of my grandmother's cooking. I first learned of this place from a friend who told me about the excellent homemade food that they serve there. I have been going to this restaurant for the last 15 years and I'm very happy to have them on...
