Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Fresno

I like going to church's but this one was VERY BAD starting with taking my order through drive through It took him about 5 to 6 minutes to even take our he was very slow I ordered the 12 PC family meal and a 12 Chicken tender meal and a Lg. side of fried Okra and we drove about 2 blocks and my daughter said check and make sure everything was in there I told her go back he forgot my LG Okra so we returned and I told the same guy who took my order. excuse me you forgot my Okra he gave me a smaller size I told him that I ordered the lager one he insisted that was the lager one and i order Mac&Cheese i got one full and another one half full i told him NO it's not because I have ordered it at the other Church's and I get the right size the one on a plater plate and I all ways get my order and he didn't give me my Lg Okar nor my money back so I won't be going there anymore‼️ And HE really need to work on his Hygienes he's very DRITY. I'm sending a photo of my receipt and my mac&Cheese one is full all the way and the other is half way. So I wolike a REFUND OR A EMAIL WITH SOME KIND OF CREDIT OR...

I arrived to the window and had to wait about 2 minutes. Once I was able to order, I could not hear the order taker due to low volume at the speaker. Once I arrived to the window , there was another wait of about 50 seconds or more before the cashier came to take payment. While waiting, I witnessed another worker take her cup of soda and refill it and place a straw in it right there at the machine! With trash and other papers in her hand. Then proced to the back where the food was being prepared. Once I received my order, I didn't check it at the window but drove away and decided to check it. I received a two piece instead of three that wasn't spicy even though I ordered spicy and crispy. The sweet tea tasted absolutely disgusting. Like it was made with Nasty unclean water. And I received the wrong kind of biscuit. I had already hit the road and didn't want to turn back. I also noticed after bitting into the chicken that it was Luke warm and almost cold. This location is horrible! Something was wrong with intercom and I could not hear the guy taking my order. I kept telling him I'm going to have to pull up because I cannot hear you. He kept repeating something. Finally a lady came on and repeated the question clearly, which I answered. She said okay. A minute went by in silence finally I asked should I pull forward? He responded yes. I pulled to the window the guy opened the window, looked at me with his hand out didn't say a word didn't even tell me how much it cost. I gave him my card he gave me my card and receipt and close the window. Sat there for a minute and finally he opened the window again and said it'll be 7 to 10 minutes. I said okay should I pull forward? He said you can. Pulled forward parked and waited 10 minutes then went inside and got my food. Chicken was five out of 10. The macaroni and cheese was complete mush and inedible. I will never go here again,...
