Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

I orderd pizza yesterday at 12:50 (3-27-17) So when it got here to my work i can take my lunch. obviously you can track your order & my order went out to dilivery at 1:43 I have no idea what the dilivery driver was doing maybe cruising around I'dk! But Chue took 1 hr to diliver my food! & when i called the first time I told the "manager" of the day supposedly. he said he was going too see who diliverd it & said "chue! It says everything on the tracker, & when he diliverd it it's 2:00 it shouldn't take that long when you're around the corner!" He didnt even sound professional what so ever. & told me he was going to call him & see where he was at & that he would call me back. I waited 10 min for a call back only cuz I figured he got some orders to do, so I called back & he told me he couldn't reach him (unprofessional) & I said I wanted my order for free this isn't right my lunch is going to be over & I'm not going to be able to eat anything all because chue doesn't want to answer smh I was upset & anyone else would be to! So he said he would give me 30% off $3 credit I said "what em I going to do with $3 buy a soda!? I told him I wanted the real manager he said he won't be here till 5 this was just getting worse so I hung up cuz it wasn't getting any where & when I got off I called & spoke to Francisco he was so nice I was still upset but it wasn't his fault for the stupidity of other workers in really wasn't going to order from this place or any other dominoes but he offerd to give me the same order again for my lunch today & I asked if he can add 1 more topping (jalapeños) he did & as i writr this review I'm enjoying my pizza THANK YOU...

I will never venture to this location again. Manager took my order, told me to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready to pick up .

When I return homeboy who took my order is on break and no pizza's can be made until he returns.

Apparently he's the only one who can make pizza or process refunds ( which i asked for immediately after finding out the details of why my order isn't ready.

I wait 10 more addtional minutes until the person who took my order returns. Now his pizza delivery driver is there watching and laughing because he clearly has seen this move before.

Pizza manager walks to the register, zero eye contact, processes my refund and says it will back on my account in 2-3 then tries to walk off with out apologizing for making me waste 45 minutes of my day for nothing. nada.

I ask for his store managers number, he yells " look it up" I ask for his name " No, I don't have to tell you". Meanwhile driver is just snigglin and watching. It's a raggedy establishment on all counts and not only did corp never get back to me, but the franchise owner ignored my call as well ( hell yeah I looked that information up).

DO NOT BOTHER going here. Save your sanity and money. Plus it's not great pizza on a good day, let alone after you waited 45 minutes for mid and terrible...

The C Street Domino's in particular get's a 3.5 star review. I have been ordering from them for about two years now and, for the most part, they are pretty good. On occasion they will forget extra sauce or a side- and when they do it's typically an apology but nothing more. To be clear- I am referring to an item that had a cost to it, not packets of peppers or napkins. These were things I paid for. The drivers are super chill and very respectful. Good guys. Now, Domino's in general gets 1 star. The reason is simple: their online pricing is not only incorrect, it is very, very misleading. I have voiced my concern over this on 4 separate occasions and each time I am told they will look in to it and then gifted a free pizza. I'm over it. The other night I used a $19.99 coupon and wouldn't you know? The toal price was $31.50. They advertise the $19.99 deal yet BEFORE tax, delivery charge, and CRV the price is $25.50.... how is that possible? I'm not adding anything extra to my order... it's fraud. On top of that a tip of $3 to the driver is warranted. Those poor guys get scraps while their employer gets fat off their work. For this reason I am officially done purchasing Domino's. It's a shame but they are stealing from their...
