Hazen Burger — Restaurant in Fresno

This place has some good burgers. I tried the regular bacon burger. Looks like they have smash burgers also but i tried the regular. It had some good taste with the grilled onion, sauce, lettuce and pickles. Their fries are also good. Not to much seasoning which was perfect for me. Nice and crispy as well. For my drink i got a peanut butter shake instead of a regular drink. I love peanut butter so this was perfect. It really was good. The shake had plenty of peanut butter taste! My wife ended up getting the asada fries. Which I was doubtful at first. I was very surprised on the taste. The meat had such good flavoring and I would say can compete with other locations. I would get it again. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking and space. Overall this location is worth trying and I will definitely be...

This is a new restaurant so I'll try to be nice. The kids got a basic cheeseburger and fries (not bad). My husband ordered a Philly cheese sandwich (only had enough meat for half a sandwich with hardly any cheese or peppers). I wanted to try the crispy chicken sald, it came with shredded lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, and onions. I asked for no onions, which was on the receipt but they added them anyway. When I brought it to their attention, all they did was try to take them out and gave me the same salad back with onions still at the bottom. It also literally had 4 small diced pieces of tomato.. Not much of a salad and they did not care about customer service.. I hope they grow...

my experience was terrible here. we never got our drink,s but only the two burgers we ordered. waited around 20 mins in the drive thru, just for them to miss something of my order and they didn’t even bother to open that window again when we try to get their attention. The girl heard us, looked at us, & ignored us like 5 times and we waited so long. Not to mention the cook staring at us weirdly, when we were so nice. The burgers were mid too, literally no flavor. Just go to in-n-out or any other better burger places instead, nothing...
