McDonald's — Restaurant in Fresno

I will never return to this mcds again. They are the worst mcds I have ever been too in my life. I habe never felt more endanger in my life because of staffs actions.. I wanted a refund because they messed up my order. But they refused to and then I got upset so I sat there and waited for a mangers in the drive thru line that I'd say. She didn't help me not one bit and told me to that they couldn't do anything. I told her why not what was the reason for not helping me. She couldn't give me a reason and keep ignoring me. So I sat there and waiting for someone to help me or tell me to leave but nothing. Then I see that the manger is in the window behind me telling the other customer to honk there horns and or push me out there way in a way. Because she wasn't going to help me. Instead of helping me or tell me to leave she put me in danger. The people behind me and the car after that tried to get out and fight me..and also blocked me in. I am going to have to get a lawyer now because this was psychological harassment that the manager had done to me where she had other customers technically harassment and try to attack me. If I don't get a response from a corporate in the next few days ima file a civil lawsuit against this mcds location and the employee. I have mostly everything on video. They put me in danger. I am never return to this location again. I probably won't ever get mcds because of this. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had at mcds...

THIS LOCATION IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Example, this morning alone, I went in for breakfast and an OJ. The board specifically states that a MEDIUM ORANGE JUICE IS $2.59. But their register is charging $3 before tax! Instead of immediately getting help about the discrepancy, the employee tried to say that prices must have changed... However, BY LAW, If you have a price displayed for a specific menu item, you are required to change no higher than said price for said item! I requested the manager and she tries to say that it was the small... Which is something like $1.39, and I pointed out the giant M next to the price showing it is the medium.

Imagine how many people are being cheated out of 41 cents a day for orange juice, and who knows how many other items they are charging more for than listed. Could be up to THOUSANDS of dollars daily. I wonder who is pocketing the illegal gains?

False advertising fines start at $2,500 in California, PER VIOLATION, and steadily increase. McDonald's is a corporation that has had enough "accidents" that they've been fines plenty of times before for false advertising, so company alone they'll likely already be facing maximum fines. I doubt corporate is going to be too happy with this location bleeding money...

You would think that with the constant busy drive thru line the fries would at least be hot and fresh as soon as it comes through the window and into your car. I live near by this location and occasionally like to grab something on my way home. Morning quite like driving away from that second window, blindly reaching into the bag and pulling out hot delicious fries to munch on before you even fully leave the drive thru lane going around the building. More often then not, this kind of experience does not happen at this location. It's disappointing getting stale fries that have sat in that warmer well past the designed timer beeping to tell the employees to throw them away. I had this experience today. I ordered a number 4. I opened the box to find a sandwich haphazardly assembled and tossed in the cardboard box not even really sitting on the bottom bun at all. Customer service and friendliness are lacking at the windows too. Not really excited to see you, lucky if they talk to you at all before just throwing the bag through the window . Overall I'd have to say my last multiple experiences here over the course of 6 months has not been pleasant. The food is edible. The prices are what you would expect at a typical McDonald's. I guess you get what you pay for and the standards of excellence that McDonald's claims to provide are seriously lacking at...
