UPDATE: As of 5/2018 this location has everything back up again. There are times that their drive through Is cash only, they put out a white paper to let you know, but by the time you see it you're stuckin line and can't get out! That's frustrating. And, the kids feappes are usually sticky with caramel running down one side of the cup. SO be aware of that when they try to pass it to you. Those are the reasons they lost a star. Svs always nice, typically accurate and food is cooked good. -----------Previous Review-------- This was a 5 star before summer started. We've been unable to order frappes for my kids, we have a special family movie & dinner night every Friday. Before summer started they had McDonalds every Friday. Now, since they never have frappes here, we go to Jack in the Box. We still try once A month, but if the sign is out we pass them by. Then get irritated when it's down and find out at the order sign that "it's still broken". A broken machine since May? Come on now, That's just not realistic. We order a large drink and head over to Jack in the Box for our meal instead. This facility is losing A LOT of money not offering these. At $3.50 a piece that's $7 just for my 2 kids. Imagine if it were 50 lost, now were talking a lot of money that could have been made. Maybe they'll magically have a working frappe machine after their $2 special is over. I'm curious to see. Sorry McDonald's, but you've lost our loyalty for the go to place on...

As someone who grew up visiting this McDonald’s, I’m truly disappointed to see how much it has changed. This used to be a clean, welcoming place where service was quick and reliable. Now, it feels like the standards have completely dropped.

First, cleanliness is a major issue. I was shocked to find a hair (I won’t get into details, but it was absolutely unacceptable) on the door handle of the men’s restroom. That alone says a lot about the lack of attention to hygiene.

Second, the service has become painfully slow. I understand busy times, but this is supposed to be fast food. Waiting this long for an order, only to have it served cold, is unacceptable.

This McDonald’s needs serious improvement. Management should take a hard look at the quality of service and cleanliness. It’s sad to see a place that once held so many good memories fall...

My Mobile order. This rude emotionless girl brought me my order. The sprite I received had weird tint to it. She gave it to me and acted like she didn’t notice the off colored Sprite. I guess she thought i wouldn’t care. I took it right back and there she was at the counter, but she chose to avoid me twice. Horrible customer service from her. I stood there with no help until a young hispanic man came from back. He knew right away and said “you want another sprite?” He ran the machine for a few seconds to clear it. Then gave me the new drink. However it was just carbonated tasting and I figured they might be out of Sprite syrup. He helped me get another drink instead. Kudos to him for having great customer service!

1 star only because of the young man helping out. Absolutely 0 stars for...
