Me n Ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered a pizza over the phone and was not asked how I was paying and I was also quoted 45 minutes. Pizza shows up 1 hour and 20 minutes later and the driver is asking for cash when I have none. Usually when a delivery is placed and they do not ask for payment options they have some kind of card reader they can take with them, not the case here, just incompetency. So the delivery driver is standing in my door way shouting over me while I'm trying to pay over the phone ( no apologies or anything from staff btw). So I call back because my pizza is ice cold by this point and the manager wouldnt even get on the phone at first! I was told to call back the next day! I insisted, so he comes on the line after another hold. He did not offer me any kind of refund... just another pizza??? What's the point now??? Or a voucher to come BACK to them after this fiasco. I pushed for a refund and he reluctantly agreed with zero apologies. Very unprofessional and disorganized, will not be ordering again from them. Please go farther if you decide to...

I usually love Me n Eds but today was the WORST experience ever!! I ordered my large italino for delivery like i always do but this time the delivery lady called me letting me know she was lost because the me n eds down the street from me doesnt deliver in my area (i am literally 5 minutes away), well she passed my apartment complex and i was telling her that she needed to turn around then she asked me if i could meet her at walgreens because she had other deliveries to make and i declined due to the fact that i asked for delivery and my baby in my arms otherwise i would have picked it up myself at the store and then she starts arguing with me as i am telling her how to get back to my apartment. All i wanted was my pizza so in frustration i hung up on her and i called the store to let them know just how absolutely rude their delivery lady was. I would have gave 1 star but i actually do love the pizza but i always get the worst service, something really...

This is the Maple & Behymer Location. Pizza is mediocre, but what takes the cake is we ordered online for take out and in addition to the pizza ordered the cinnamon desert, cinnatreats. When I went to pickup the order the cinnatreats were not ready so I waited another 10 minutes as the pizzas cooled. When the treats came out they sat on the counter for a couple of minutes I had to point out I was waiting. When the young employee went to put the drizzled frosting on I heard the older manager gruffly tell them they were out. Not wanting the pizzas to cool further I took the treats and left. After eating semi warm pizza I took the treats back and asked for my money back and the poor young guy waiting didn't know what to do or say. I then spoke to the manager who said they were out of frosting and I said so why the heck did you send the order out. He just said it was a hectic night. So it will probably be a long time...
