Nina's hummus is the best I have ever had, anywhere. My new favorite snack is a slice of sourdough from Culture Bakehouse, lightly toasted and slathered with Nina's hummus, then topped with a dollop of Nina's muhammara. Phenomenal.
The lahmajun is great, of course, but you already knew that. What you might not know is that it makes a terrific, easy, satisfying lunch. Buy two stacks and keep them in your freezer.
