Nina's hummus is the best I have ever had, anywhere. My new favorite snack is a slice of sourdough from Culture Bakehouse, lightly toasted and slathered with Nina's hummus, then topped with a dollop of Nina's muhammara. Phenomenal.

The lahmajun is great, of course, but you already knew that. What you might not know is that it makes a terrific, easy, satisfying lunch. Buy two stacks and keep them in your freezer. For lunch, heat them up in a toaster oven for 7-10 minutes. I like to add a huge handful of arugula to mine, then fold it over. Can't do any better than that! This is some of the best...

My parents from San Fran visited me in Las Vegas last week. They brought lahmajoun with them.
