Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery. We spent $50 and every one of our sandwiches was made wrong. Missing the main protein on two sandwiches, missing sauce, missing two types of veggies on two sandwiches, got a veggie we didn’t ask for on one. Called the store and they said they had no way to refund us for the wrongly made sandwiches. Had to tell them that I could have at least gotten a phone call that certain veggies were not available. No manager available to speak to. Never got a refund and was told I could drive over to get new sandwiches. That’s it.
Update: I added a star because the employee responsible reached out personally and tried his best to make things right in whatever way he could. He did not have a manager present but found a way to refund us for the order that was made wrong. He kept in contact with us and made it right with whatever means he had available.
