Boba House Express and Blossom (Vietnamese Restaurant) — Restaurant in Fresno

Super cool interior with a fun looking menu of drinks to try, I got the cloud 9 and it was delicious, if not super sweet- which is to be expected, communication was a bit difficult but not a problem! Will go back again to try other drinks but definitely not an everyday thing the way it's likely to wreak havoc on my stomach, lol. The aesthetic/appearance of the drinks is as much a part of the experience as the taste, very pretty looking layered drink and clean inside!

Edit: My twin brother loves their Taro Milk Tea, my younger brother loves to try anything and everything they have to offer drink wise, he's a little picky food wise though, and me personally, I love their Tropical Passion drink, it's the perfect pH level for my stomach. Amazing! Great service today, even caught some still shots of a very hard worker on her break, so polite they even let me wander/wonder around and take some still shots of their interior. Frequent patreon/patron, we love people that love all races and welcome us to the 559 West Side area of Fresno. We like our peace in the bumbut (😂) country of Fresno, California, thank you for your hard work, hopefully you guys are able to stay open longer and have more money to afford more employees and keep it our little hidden Clinton and Blythe frequent spot. Tried some Vietnamese food today, loved it. Love, Afghanis. We don't like bug bees and afternoon and dinner is when the lunch rush starts. I may frequent on occasion, but I don't have all the money in the world. We love everyone's service, even Harriet Tubman, r.i.p.

This restaurant is under new management, so the reviews before August or July 2025 are for the previous restaurant. Happy that the restaurant re-opened, we ordered pho, spring rolls, chowmein, and chicken pad Thai. The beef combo pho was the highlight of the order. While I prefer the pho when it was under the previous owners, the broth was flavorful. Not much basil or bean sprouts accompanied the pho, though, and the portion was small for the price. I was also surprised that chicken pho was not an option.

The chowmein was decently good, as well, though the chicken did not taste seasoned. I was most saddened by the pad Thai and spring rolls. The rolls were filled with lettuce and immediately fell apart after the first bite. They came with only a very small amount of peanut sauce and another kind of sauce. When I opened up the pad Thai, the noodles were all stuck together. There was not a lot of flavor in the sauce and in the chicken. Additionally, the chili oil was extremely dry and clumpy. Finally, the person taking the order on the phone did not seem to know the menu very well. She also seemed unsure if she could take a phone order.

We will give this restaurant some more time to improve upon customer feedback before returning. It has the potential to do well, and I do hope that it...

I had placed an order over the phone for a thai milk tea. The lady had let me know it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and no one welcomed as I went in. I let them know I had placed an order over the phone and they said, “I know, wait.” I waited and they just seemed confused with the person they were helping out already. They had his drinks mixed up too. Once he left, which at this point has been 20 minutes after I ordered, the lady comes to me and says you ordered what? I said a thai milk tea and she goes right, with lychee jelly and what else? I was like, I placed the order a while back ago and you said 10 minutes. She said, “I know but what else did you order it with?” Are you serious? Why take my order on the phone and act like you noted it down for me to just have to order when I got there? Stop taking orders via phone if this is how it will be. It takes time away from people especially if they are on their lunch time. Also, work on your customer service skills. This was...
