Rally's — Restaurant in Fresno

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 Rally burgers at around 11:45 pm. They asked me to pull in the front because they had to cook more chicken. I waited 20 minutes in the front for my order before they brought it to my car. The order was wrong so they took it back to correct it. I was very nice even after waiting so long (I worked fast food when I was younger so I understand how it is) It took another 10 min before I went to the window to see if they were done with my order. I was a little hesitant to get out of my car because there were a few people hanging around the front. While I was at the walk-up window waiting for my order I asked for a bbq sauce. They said I had to pay for it! I had been waiting for my food for over 30 minutes and they would NOT let me have one bbq sauce... I could have bought one but I felt that after waiting so long they could have givin me one. What happened to making the customer happy? I was still polite, even after all of this. But I will never go back to...

@ OWNER! Whoever you have working as manager today I forgot to write down her name between 3-4pm on Friday December 8th doesn’t know what she is doing! She didn’t know how to do the vouchers idk how she’s a manager if she couldn’t even figure it out. Another manager there did it over her phone as was able to process the voucher manually! The one working today! LAZY!!! She couldn’t do nothing for me looking at me as if I was stupid. I don’t understand how a Manager can’t figure out a simple task. I ordered delivery my food was cold the buns were mushy there was no dipping sauce for the bike boxes it was one teeny tiny piece of lettuce on my hamburger I ordered two bite boxes a big Buford and a barbecue burger with bacon and it came out to $33 that's with the $1.99 fee and a four-dollar tip it definitely was not worth the money. They should have made it fresh it seems like they gave us something that had been sitting there already for a while so beware if you order delivery because you're going to get whatever they give you not quality food and Riley's is only maybe at the most mile and a half away from my house but I'm just able to not walk.
