Sk Donuts — Restaurant in Fresno

I actually thought the donuts tasted good. The 2 star rating I originally gave is for two reasons. One, the lady boxing my dozen shoved the donuts against each other in which smashed the donuts and caused the glaze to smudge. The second reason is many specialty donuts advertised on their menu they don't make and I found out they never made since opening. Why the false advertising? Outside of this the donuts were fresh and I'm willing to up my stars if the two main issues were fixed. The 1 star rating I updated the previous 2 star rating is because SK over charges above what's advertise on their menu and say because they recently change the price yet that's false advertising if it's not on the menu. I ordered using ubereats and right off the bat I was disappointed. I wanted a dozen donuts, and I wanted to mix and match the flavors, but they don't allow you to do that. You have to go with the assorted flavors that they've already pre-selected. So I had to buy a dozen individually which costs a lot more money. Once I received my order I was very disappointed. Not only was part of my order wrong, but the donuts were AWFUL. They were dry and very thin. Some of them weren't even a little bit fresh, like they were leftover from the day before. Then, when I reported my issue with the order, they refunded me $1.91. What a joke. I will never eat...

Worse donut place ever. The older lady rushed me to put in my order and threatened me that she wouldn’t fulfill my order if I take any longer to think about it and I barely stepped into the store for no more than 2 minutes with my daughter. We took a quick glance at the drink menu and just put in our order despite her rudeness. Then she had her kid fill up my dozen of donuts and got it all wrong too. I would never ever come back.
