Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

Given the new 20$ an hour to fast food chains for their employees you would think that getting orders right, and providing good customer service and care, would go hand in hand now right? Well that doesn't seem to be the case for here, not only does it seem they are not motivated to try, but lack any idea of trying to value a customer, I hate to be just all negatives, I use to love as a kid little Caesars, especially the breadsticks, and I still love the breadsticks, now as a adult, what I don't love as an adult now is my order being messed up, I have had three separate attempts before this review where my food I ordered was not my food! I always order a round cheese extra sauce, and everytime I get my food, it's not a round cheese with extra sauce, it's a pizza with pepperoni, some reading this will be like "what's wrong pepperoni is extra so you should be happy" and most would be right, sadly I'm not a pepperoni person I despise it and don't like it on my pizza, now I know many will say that "you could just take it off" and to that I say no cause it leaves an after taste on the pizza and I'm extremely picky, it saddens me to see that a job that's paying their employees better doesn't seem to have the same interests to better themselves for their customers too, I went in cause for the fourth time I had another wrong pizza, when I got there of course they redid my pizza, then also messed that one up too, so I had to wait for a second remake, finally got my pizza, no refund, no extra item for the mistake or time wasted nothing, just the pizza, the service that little Caesars is teaching their employees and giving to customers is horrible and needs to be reevaluated especially with pay being better, I'm sad that domino's and pizza hut knows this better and always would help satisfy a customer why can't you...

I’m going to start logging every time I come by here just because it’s always an experience. Thank God for this Little Caesars.

First off, I need to clarify the phone situation with this place. You’d think they don’t have one, but I used to come in and hear it ring and ring and ring. I thought they just really enjoyed the ringtone, but it seems they’ve since hidden the phone away and turned the ringer off… order online duh!

Let’s see what else… oh man there used to be this one guy hahaha! He legit would not say a single word while taking orders. It was impressive! He at least took my order three separate times and always the same stoic stare. The last time he took my order I tried very hard to not say anything. It was really great leaving with him just handing me my pizza hahaha! Miss that guy. We still never talk sometimes.

How’s the pizza? Who cares, it’s cheap lol.

Oh so this time around. There’s a ton of good vibes in the back. They’re even singing “at BK, have it your way!” altogether. I hear them trying to get someone else to take orders from the people up front. The mobile order receipt printer is worthy of their time. It’s been 5 minutes of me standing at the counter... I am not worthy. Should probably hit the gym while I wait...

Absolutely the worst customer service. I did an online order, when I arrived there was o e person on the store and visibly 3 employees.

I waited 10 minutes prior to going up to the counter and asking for assistance up front. The person who came up front had a bad attitude from the start, told him what my name was, he went to grab the pizzas and forgot two of them, dropped them on the counter and walked away. A lady behind me said loudly (some customer service) she held the door and I left. I realized upon getting home I was missing 2 pizzas, that is my fault, but I was shocked at the way the employee acted. Tried to call. No answer. I drove back. Waited again a few minutes prior to calling over the counter. Same guy came around. I asked to speak with the manager. He stated he was a manager. I told him he needed additional training because his customer service skills lacked tremendously, and told him I’d be calling into corporate.

Very surprising this location is still open, they are really bad...
