I come to this Starbucks EVERY day because my daughters school is nearby. I order the SAME drink every morning but I noticed that it wasn't made properly for a second day in a row. After standing at the counter and being ignored while the barista spoke to her coworker about whatever, she finally decides to acknowledge me and ask if I need something. I tell her that my drink is not made correctly. As a former Starbucks partner in a store double this size with triple the volume I am very knowledgeable on the beverages and how they are made. Americanos DO NOT have steamed milk in them and if you see milk on a customers cup it's most likely a splash of COLD milk added. After explaining that she says with a damn attitude "do you want me to fix it?" Fix it meaning what exactly?? Fixing could mean a number of things like adding more water or adding cold milk. My response to her was "so it's not your policy to remake the beverage?" She then with an even worse attitude says "that's what I mean by fixing it." She then angrily snatches the label off of my previous cup and remakes my drink. What really got me is that she then just sets it down on the counter without saying a word to me and when I thank her for remaking my drink she blatantly turns her back and ignores me. UNACCEPTABLE. No matter how salty you're feeling you don't ignore the customer for correcting you and asking you to do your job. Once she did that I immediately asked for a shift lead or store manager. I will not tolerate dismissive behavior when I'm patronizing this business every day. Once the supervisor comes over I explain to her how unprofessional and rude her barista was. She was very apologetic and informed me that she would coach her barista on her performance and gave me a $4 gift card! Although I appreciate her acknowledging the situation a gift card for less than the amount of my beverage doesn't solve anything, and that's what's wrong with people today. No real leadership and always assuming that money will solve the problem. The last thing I wanted was a raggedy $4 gift card. I tossed it out. Instead what should've been done was a correction immediately of that baristas behavior and a damn apology. I will now go out of my way and drive to another Starbucks that has better...

I was already done with the location on Clinton and Weber in Fresno, California I had already gave up on this location but because I got the $20 free gift card for my sister out of state I decided to give them another try. I didnāt order my favorite drink cause they can never get it right instead. I order a caramel Frappuccino guess what I got a Venti cup of blended milk I tried to convince myself that itās just me but the more zipped on it the more I realize now itās them just two years ago there used to be a long wait and a long line. I miss those days because even if the wait was long that meant that the drinks were awesome I donāt want anything for free.
