Tacos La Piedad — Restaurant in Fresno

I came here often and was satisfied but I was very very disappointed tonight with the burrito I ordered and the lack of customer service. The tacos were okay but the burrito had less meat. I asked for salsa as I was not given any. The young woman at the truck was rude and gave me only one for two plates, I asked for another and she told me for any additional salsa it 50 cents. How ridiculous is that?! For 4 tacos and one burrito 🤦🏻‍♀️ She explained she doesn’t make the rules and the owner does and slammed her little window on me. I hope this reaches the owner as I would’ve loved to express my concerns on her business. Word of mouth spreads like fire and I will NOT be returning here. Second time of me ordering from here and again was disappointed, I ordered a 10$ torta to go, when I got my plate a checked it to make sure it was the correct order I noticed it did not have any limes so I walked over to the little salsa bar and added 2 half limes , tha lady making the food shouts out its already made to go , as if she did not want me getting any limes, I live 5 minutes tops from the restaurant I get home and start eating had the tiniest bit of asada and the buns were over toasted making the bread extremely hard , it was honestly hurting the roof of my mouth on top of the fact that thier isn't a welcoming feeling at this place , I felt like it's not worth it. ..save your money and go somewhere else where the food is worth it and people are humbled and make u...

The first thing you notice as you walk on is that the restaurant is very clean, and the savory smell of carne asada. The staff struggles a little with English as a second language but to be honest it only ads to the authenticity to a Caucasian American lol. The price is fair, and they now have a self serve salsa/topping bar. As far as the wait goes, I would rate it average for the quality of the order. When it comes to order accuracy I give them 10/10. I have made orders there for a years now and I never as much as had a single item missing or made incorrectly(granted you communicate your specifications effectively).
