Taqueria y Carniceria El Charrito — Restaurant in Fresno

I used to love this place !!! Food used to come out good. Their service always been horrible. The place it's a little musty. However, just a few days ago I called for 2 sopes de carne asada and older man had taken my order, I repeated myself because they do be getting things wrong. I had my friend picked them up for me when i opend them i was given pork. I called to let him know so i can take them back all he said was "Oh" & hung up on me. I called again twice and they blocked my number. I called from my friends phone he answer and once I said its the costumer you gave the wrong meat he hung up again. I didn't try to call again.

Service terrible, place is just a a whole on the wall. Always check your food...

The worst customer service ever! Extremely rude!! The food is pretty good so the 1st time the lady was rude I thought it's okay everyone has bad days I been there whatever, then i went in once more and once again super rude snobby attitude like she doesn't want to be there and the fact the she tries to speak louder and louder and tries to speak over you didn't sit right with me thats why i will never come here and decide to give a review. Who needs Chipotle or taco bell when one can have the BEST authentic mexican food in all of Fresno?!?! Answer: you don't need those places!! Located off of Clinton and West avenues, this amazing treasure serves up a complete menu that has something for everyone! They also have a full scale meat department for the master BBQ of the family who wants to cook!! Been coming here for a couple years and will definitely be back...
