Starbucks — Restaurant in Fresno

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, I am not that type of person, but I am not even sure how the lady at the counter got a job. I love Starbucks. I go almost everyday. This location is a joke; I had to run in here last minute today for groceries and wanted a drink on the way out. The lady with the long brownish red hair was too busy conversing with another worker at the store to acknowledge I was there. Keep in mind I was the only one in line… I waited almost 8 minutes to give her some time before I decided to walk out. There was another man there but it looked like she was supposed to be training him; I honestly feel bad for the guy. Seriously, get another job lady. Luckily, there was a Starbucks across the street on Clovis & Inyo that’s much for time efficient not to mention the workers are more...

I'm not a big coffee drinker but most of my friends are. I often make a Starbucks run for these friends. I've stopped by the Starbucks on Kings Canyon and Clovis Ave. on two different occasions in the past 2 months. Each time, I ordered multiple drinks and each time I asked for cup holders. Both times I was told that they ran out of them. Is it just me being unlucky? For an establishment who specializes in beverages to run out of cup holders. Really?? How many hands do they think I have? Does it take a rocket scientist to pre-order them? Are they trying to save a couple of $$? Even all the cup holders provide in my vehicle couldn't hold the amount of beverages I purchased. Has This happened to other people? I'll never go back...

Bae and I came here to study. It was a good vibe. This is a busy location so it was hard for us to study. When we walked in, we noticed our table was dirty so we went to get napkins but there was none. Bae asked for some and the employees were busy so they said they would get to it when they had a chance . 4 hours later they hadn’t refilled it. It was super busy the whole time; however, refilling napkins was still not done. There is also a code for the restrooms.

Overall good experience. We ended up moving outside to the table and it was a lot quieter and easier for me to get work done. I believe we just went at the wrong time...
