The crew at the location where I pick up my items are horrible, and I really mean extremely horrible. I ordered my food for my family a little over 5 minutes before I arrived through the app. I understand that I had to wait since itâs just really recent before I arrived, and I was instructed to wait for my order. But itâs ridiculous that I waited 20 minutes for my food and they claimed they put everything in the bag but itâs less than half of my order that I received. I was missing four meals and three drinks. Through that time I waited, there was other customers that was frustrated too that waited after us who didnât receive their orders. There were customers that came who just ordered and they all received their orders before we did.
After that 20 minutes they brought out our food, I reversed back to the window but no employees were there. I waited about a good 2 to 3 minutes and finally got the chance to talk to an employee and explained what I was missing from my order. After that, he mentioned to me to pull forward and wait. And really, I waitedâŚ.. I waited about or a little over 30 minutes and they finally brought out our missing food. But even better, not even a single word when my missing items was handed to me, not even a simple apology. There were a few customers that came and received their orders right away as we waited. Now as for a common sense, itâs common sense to complete help an order thatâs a customer had been for over 20-30 minutes right? Well, it wasnât for that crew. This is my worst experience ever from this company at that particular location. I had a few incidents of wrong orders before but I brushed that off since that completed my order right away. This location handled my midsize curb side order horribly! I was charged twice for my order! I looked on my bank app after this ordeal and saw that I was charged twice yet was fortunate enough to get a refund after the fact.
I made the order and received a text saying that it was ready for curbside pick up. I pulled into a pickup parking space and was waiting for my food to be brought to my vehicle. Approximately 8 minutes passed when I decided to walk into the restaurant to ask for an update, I was told by one of the three young woman that standing around the cash register that they did not have my order ready. I informed her of the text I received stating that the order was ready and she told me in a dull tone "Oh we probably gave it to someone else then" and the three of them began to laugh. I was becoming impatient and asked if I could speak to the manager, as the young woman rolled her eyes and huffed in a rude manner she turned and yelled for the manager. The manager came and apologized saying that they would prepare a new order for me and that it would be brought out to my car. I waited in my vehicle for 10 minutes before going inside a second time to get an update and saw a large bag of food sitting on the counter. I asked one of the three teenage employees where my order was and they pointed at the bag sitting on the counter and one of them said "We called your name out like forever ago", I told her that it was a curbside order so it was meant to be brought to my vehicle and she shrugged her shoulders and turned around to continue talking to...
   Read moreI don't normally write bad reviews because I understand how much work it takes to work in the food service delivery area! One of the girls and the front seem to be doing everybody's job or somewhere hanging out in the back and she seemed afraid to ask for help especially when I had to use the restroom! She told me she want to give me the code and I would have to wait for her to be done with the line for her to open the bathroom! She could have asked someone that was back there talking when they weren't addressing the drive-thru!
My compassion for the workplace is very reasonable but I had a bad bathroom accident due to the priority to get a code to use the restroom despite being a paying customer! The way it was extended and the gal that I asked to open the bathroom rolled her eyes and told me I have to wait! I responded I understand and it's kind of urgent I'm sorry! When she unlock the bathroom she was angry and I was sad at the urgent unexpected need to go! I am very grateful I got to go but the embarrassment was overwhelming!
