The two of us stopped here while passing through western MD. We found the atmosphere lovely but that’s where the good stuff stops. There was a sign outside that only a handful of items were available due to an “emergency.” We got 2 regular coffees, a breakfast wrap, a cookie, a bacon and eggs plate which included no toast. That cost us $38.91. We did the math when we got home and noticed a 20% tip was added to the bill without consent, on TAKE OUT. We checked the receipt after leaving and going home. That was our mistake.
We traveled with another couple consisting of 4 adults. Their bill was over $100. The lumberjack wrap was saturated with sour cream, masking the taste of the remaining ingredients. Scrambled eggs and bacon served with potatoes that weren’t fully cooked and hard.
