Smoothie King — Restaurant in Friendswood

The “owner” Jordan Taylor was very rude and out of pocket as he was taking my order, I went inside to get some ice as I ordered 2 drinks and he refused to give me a bag for my drinks as well as ice, I asked politely and he told me he doesn’t have to because he owns the store, I do not think this is professional of a owner to talk to a customer in a rude way in front of other customers inside the store. While walking out he told me good luck with my review and that he doesn’t care because he owns the store. I would like to get in contact with the franchise manager because this behavior was beyond disrespectful and disgusting coming from another employee that works at smoothie king, I worked at smoothie king for 6 months and never have me or any of my colleagues denied a customer so this behavior should not be tolerated as if I was at my job they would of sent me home and fired anyone. This was possibly the worst interaction I’ve ever had with any worker and it was from me asking...

I order from here quite often. I rarely have any issues. Actually, I have only had 2 that I can think of. Both of which were from the delivery service and not from the actual store.

I want to take the time to shout out Lauren from this location. Both times I had issues she was on it and super nice! The first time my delivery person dropped my smoothie on the porch. It went everywhere and I was not able to drink it. I called the store to ask that they not use that driver… she explained even though it was through the app it was subbed out to Door dash… but she gave me a free shake plus my kid and husband.

This second time, there was no options for the enhancer I get. She assured me it would be taken care of at no charge due to it being an issue on the app.

She has great customer service and this store is luck...

If someone looking for healthy but still taste awesome, I defenetly recommand this Asai ball. Omg . The combination of PB and their dark chocolete chips and the purple asai are so well together, also fresh. This is Not too much weired scary organic taste but still happy fruits flavor with right sweetness. Add PB drizzleeee!!! They give u a surpring pleseant from healthy dark purply forest.Im gonna defenetly order this same thing again. I'm more happier now after I have this. My minerals that I lost yesterday from heavy meal are came back. I found my purple soul🧜‍♀️ here....
