The fact that I must give 1 star pains me deeply. Let's start with the indoor dining experience. Imagine being trapped in a small hallway and inside this hallway there are 13 people , 2 65 inch TV empty boxes and a child's plastic tricycle. We order our drinks and appetizer . Told the lady 3 times 2 waters and mozzarella caprese appetizer. Our water comes and right behind that was a lady carrying hooka pipes and when she opened the door hooka ashes got all over my wife and I, our table, and inside our drinks. We had to ask for new waters they were not offered. Still no appetizer yet we order our main meals. Chicken Parm and a chicken supreme pizza. 20 minutes later my Chicken Parm arrived to the table and my wife sits patiently with no food. 10 minutes go by and I ask do we have an ETA on my wife's pizza. She says oh yes sir it's ready I'll bring it out. Why a small pizza takes 10 minutes longer than chicken Parm is beyond me. Let's talk about the food. The pizza was not sliced so my wife butcher it with knife and fork. Pizza had zero flavor from crust to sauce. No seasoning. STILL NO APPETIZER. At this point we cancelled that. Chicken Parm reminded me of the spaghetti served in highschool cafeteria NOT GOOD. the Parm chicken can be found in the freezer section at Costco. Pre breaded and frozen then fried. My first visit to this restaurant was incredibly disappointing and will likely be my last. Upon entering, I waited almost 10 minutes before the hostess appeared so I could place a to-go order for a large pizza. While paying, the POS terminal went offline, though my payment still processed. I sat down, expecting a reasonable wait time.

After 30 minutes, the hostess informed me that the oven had an issue and they were reheating it. She assured me my food would be out soon and apologized multiple times. Despite these updates, I waited over an hour without receiving my pizza. At the 1 hour and 10-minute mark, they brought out my pizza and offered me a gift card for a free pizza on my next visit. While the gesture was appreciated, it doesn't make up for the poor experience. Given the excessive delays, I’m not inclined to return.
