Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Frisco

I have been ordering from Dominos for years and this is the worst store I've come across. Ordered from this store today and never received my order. They claim they left it on my porch after knocking twice but It is not there, so someone got a free meal at my expense. They never called the number on the order (they did not even deny this when I called asking about the order) and refused to issue a refund, only offering to remake the order or give me a credit. When you buy something and don't receive it that usually means you just get a refund no questions asked, but not at this Dominos.

This is the last time I will be ordering from this store, they are constantly late and constantly understaffed. They regularly shut down online ordering and make you call in, and then do not actually answer the phone. Their quality is also all over the place (likely because they are understaffed and have to rush orders as quickly as possible). Hopefully corporate Dominos will look into this store because its very poorly run and reflects badly on the company as a whole. If you don't believe me look at the other reviews...

Logged into Dominos website to place my order at the preferred and closest location. Placed my order at 7:46PM. Called at 9:25PM to check status because it kept showing “Adrianna is performing quality check”. I was told by the store member, Tyson, that my order was on the way. Kept waiting and decided to call again at 10:17PM. I was told they canceled my order because they don’t deliver to my address. I asked why was their store automatically picked for me then? The representative just said he didn’t know, and they’re busy. Talked to the manager, Adrianna, and all she did was give excuses about transferring the order, and the other stores didn’t answer their phones, and admitted that her staff member dialed the wrong number to notify of the order changes. I asked if there was any compensation to make things right, such as making the delivery, I’ll even pay it.. she replied with “nope”. It is now 10:37PM. By this time, all other food places are closed and my entire family is out on dinner. Terrible experience, I will make sure everyone I know will avoid this location and choose...

The “ managers” who worked on 7/26/2025 around 6 pm is very unprofessional and rude . I Placed an online order for over 50 dollars for delivery and when our pizzas arrived they had no sauce. “ Manager”goes on to argue with me for about 25 minutes about their mess up and denies a refund or bringing a new order out. Also requested us to bring the pizzas back in order to come get the new pizzas even though we had them delivered . Asked for their name and they wouldn’t comply. Instead kept saying their name was Roger Rabbit and would say there’s multiple managers working at the store .. I would not order from this store because if they mess up your order they are not willing to fix their mistakes. Very unprofessional and rude for no reason as well..
