I really tried here. I ordered a good bit of food to feed my entire family with some ice cream. The food was cold and I was missing a few different things. Support gave me 3 coupons for $15, saying I could use them as reimbursement. This was a lie. I can only use 1 $15 coupon and another later, and still have to spend money to get the $15 off. So not much of a reimbursement. I found this out after trying to use the coupons and it not working.. I had to email support again that it didnt take the $15 off my order. Then today I thought id give it another shot. I placed my order and went to the store. The drive through was not working. So I went inside where I was greeted with chaos. As some one who works in the F&B industry, I understand pressure so I patiently waited. There was no order inside. All of the customers were being ignored. I stood for about 10 minutes before finally being acknowledged that I did put an order in, I waited another 5 minutes and watched my food being prepared. During this time, a customer had come up and told the cashier he had mozzarella sticks he did not order. The manager told the young man they can be used. He put them in my bag and called my name. I asked if he put them in my bad and he said they are fresh. I told him I had been standing there watching for the past 15 minutes and none of the food had been fresh, onion rings or fries, they had not been filled. He asked for a different set of mozzarella sticks, but I am at the point I've lost my appetite. Burger King had always been my favorite fast food. After moving to Frostburg I thought I would be lucky having them close, but this burger king has been nothing but a disappointment. There is an issue every time I go there. The food doesnt wven taste the same as other locations. Corporate really needs to pay attention to this one. And the Health inspector really needs to pay them a visit. Id not trust this location. Read moreZero stars if I could! There were only two cars in the drive through before me, both of which had already ordered and were waiting. When we pulled up to the speaker the guy said to give him a few minutes to get caught up. We sat there for about 10 minutes before he finally took our order. Not sure what took so long to be honest, as I said there were only two cars ahead of me. After he took our money we waited again. I could see through the window and there was a girl just standing around and the guy on the headset was standing like he was waiting for food. We only had two meals, so again, not sure what could’ve taken that long. I figured since by this time we were the only ones there that the food would’ve been hot and the fries would’ve been hot and fresh. Wrong. The sandwiches were stone cold, the cheese on the one wasn’t even melted and the fries were cold and hard. Which leads me to my question, WHAT TOOK SO LONG IF NONE OF THE FOOD WAS HOT!!! I’d like to know what they were doing back there, there’s absolutely no reason for us to be in line that long by ourselves and for our food to be cold and nasty. I will NEVER go to this one again. Lavale always forgets something in the bag and you gotta ask for it but at least in my experience the food is hot. Stay clear of this Burger King, drive down the road to lavale...

So instead I order the 2 for $5 sausage egg and cheese biscuits deal ?also prominently displayed on the drivethru menu) and I am told it will be 14 min while they make biscuits. It's 920am on a Friday. So, I get the same deal in crossanwhiches and pull around to be told it will be 3 min and pull around the building. I tell the GM (according to her nametag) that I have to get to work and she responds with "well it's still gonna be 3 minutes" and shuts the window. Three minutes later, whe opens the window, practically tosses the bag at us and loudly says "Thank you" in a condescending tone and... no kidding... slams the drivethru window shut. This BK is locally known for being kinda sucky. (Check the countless negative reviews under mine) and I don't make it a habit of writing negative reviews.
