Keg Bar & Grill Inc — Restaurant in Fulton

I had heard about this place from a friend. Sounded great, so I had to check it out. The place is busy but we only had a ten minute wait to be seated. The menu is typical American Faire with steaks, chops, fish and seafood. The steaks and such are market price.. There are also burgers and other sandwiches. I was impressed. I had the ribs and they just fell right off the bone. It's been a long time since I have had to use a fork to eat my ribs. A great smokey flavor. My wife had the catfish and it was cooked to perfection. Our son had the keg burger, which is a 1 pound bacon cheese burger with both American and Swiss cheeses. It was barbecued with just the right amount of char. Reminded me of the backyard barbecues from my childhood. Friendly and prompt service rounded out this great experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait...

Experience has taught me that when you walk into a dining room and over half the tables aren't cleared from the previous diners, it's not going to be a good experience.

I didn't listen to my inner senses and it was not a good experience.

The wait staff tried, but were overwhelmed by the crowd on hand. That is on the management for their poor planning. They busted their tails while a guy that appeared to be the manager sat at one of the tables chatting it up with somebody.

With that said, there are two things that should happen for every diner: a greeting more than, "have you been waited on?" and "thank you" when leaving the check after charging the card. Not just zipping off after tossing it on the table.

Also, it should be a sin for pit-grilled chicken to be dry.

I tried to leave them no stars but it wouldn't let me. Absolutely the worst dining experience ever. Went there only because the Smokehouse was closed. 8 of us in our party. 5 of us ate. The other 3 never got their food. 1 1/2 hour wait and they blamed it on not being able to find help. But when I walked back toward the kitchen, there were 5 people in there. We got there at 545, ordered at 615. Waitress came out at about 7 and told us they were out of something that we ordered. So what were they doing during the 45 minutes from taking our order to then? And the food was not that good. Done. Never again. Oh, and there was no manager in...
