McDonald's — Restaurant in Fulton

Typical McDonald's, decent food for when you're out and can't get home. However, amoung the several orders me and my boyfriend have made there, we've found several issues. Any time we ask for salt, they give us like two packets and then 10 peppers to make up for the lack of salt I guess? Doesn't make sense to me. Sometimes they'll get an order where we ask for nothing on our burgers and they'll have the receipt attached to the top where it states 'NO etc...', and the burger would come with literally everything on it. Not only that, but once they even left a HUGE chunk of plastic into my coke once. And no, that wasn't something they could just look at and say 'it's probably ice' since we ALWAYS ask for no ice. Of course, these are only a few of the issues we've had from here. These may not even be much of a problem to some, but we only ever go to this restaurant during a lunch period from work and we have no time to go back and get our orders correct, so sometimes it's just a waste of money. Some of you may also argue that we could call and get credit for these mishaps, but like i said, simple credit is nothing when that's what's cheap around and you need to eat before you have to clock back in. We've only gone here 3 times. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to and I wont be ever going back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I'm done with them. The first time was during mid day, order was correct but food was luke warm and there was a CANDY WRAPPER IN OUR BAG WITH OUR FOOD!!! Second time was at night about 8:30pm, I asked for 3 large sweet teas, and 3 mcdoubles. They didnt repeat my order or even give me a total. Went to the window and still didnt repeat my order, just told me a price and handed me my receipt after paying. I should have looked at the receipt but I didn't. Was handed our food and I asked where our sweet teas were. He rang us up for 3 LARGE FRIES instead of 3 large SWEET TEAS! We parked and I went to the doors and knocked. They had their doors locked so a manager came out, I explained what happened and she gave me a refund on the fries and made me purchase the teas. 3rd and final time was a few days ago when it was about mid day again and I ordered 3 mcdoubles, I clearly said ONE OF THOSE WITH NO KETCHUP OR MUSTARD and ordered a few other things too. Paid and got our order and they made ALL the mcdoubles with no ketchup or mustard. I'm just done with that place. Never going back. Would give it 0...

My name is Larry Wiseman I'm a truck driver and I am also a veteran of the United States Army. A friend of mine and I stopped by Macdonald's tonight. There wasn't much traffic in the parking area at McDonald's so we pulled our trucks in by the drive up window. We done this because we knew we were not allowed to come inside to get food and a drink. To make this short we were denied service due to the fact that we were not in a car. Now my friend and, I are both in our 60's so I don't think anyone should have been concerned for their safety. It bothers me a bit that we were denied service but, mostly I'm writing this to say thank you to the lady and, her husband who offered to let me get in their vehicle and take me around through the drive up window. Also I want to thank the young lady who works for this McDonald's franchise who as I was pulling away in my truck came running outside and said I will take you around in my car.
