Bagels 1 — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

Stopped by this place this morning to grab a bagel for brunch. I've only been here a few times and normally the food is actually good and the service has been okay, but today's service sucked...big time!!!! After placing my order and waiting what seemed like forever for one sandwich, I finally received my order and headed to my car. Opened the bag and saw that they made a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich instead of what it ordered.....no problem...I took it back and explained that my order was incorrect and told her that it was supposed to be just bacon and cheese and not bacon egg and cheese ( I have developed and egg allergy so I don't eat eggs). She then turns to the girl that took the order and told her she took the order wrong. The girl then turns to me and said "well you told me you wanted American cheese on your bagel!" I told her she was correct, I did say I wanted American cheese on my bagel but what I told you what I did not want the egg on it. So they go back and remake it and Call me back. This time I opened the bag again to make sure that I got what I paid for. This time they give me a sandwich with egg and bacon and no cheese...I take it back to the counter and tell them it is wrong again...This time both girls at the counter get mad and tell me ,"well that is what you said!" Then the one of the owners of this come from the back and tell me that this is the third time I am making this sandwich in an very pissed off tone I told him that it is not my responsibility that your employees didn't listen and communicate effectively. This first cashier admitted that she placed the first order wrong, but other lady keep saying "But that is what you said".not taking responsibility. So I had them to refund my money and left.

Again they food is good, but there customer service...

Have been going here to eat and for take out since they opened. The food and service have declined terribly. Went in at 130 for lunch they are already cleaning to close the girl mopping floors didn’t stop so you could go sit just ignored you.Today I asked the counter person please do not make the cold sandwich until the burger is ready so the sandwich wasn’t sitting. Well kept a watch they made the sandwich sat there with everyone leaning over it and getting other foods from the back window. Finally the burger was cooked and sat there I was standing at the pick up counter and watched them make a new piece of toast took the top piece off of the sandwich and replaced it. I flipped asked them to make another sandwich and watched them take tuna off first sandwich and put back in container with other tuna salad. The bread was stale anyway roll for the burger was stale fries were cold , at 1 in 5he afternoon you have no cold tea because you only make one pot a day. Then the girl starts vacuuming rugs while you are sitting about 2 feet away and you ask please don’t vacuum while we are sitting here eating and she looks at you like you have 6 heads. This place has rude employees now and 5he food has gone downhill also. There is one young man that works there that tries to please everyone that comes in. I do commend him for caring about his job. Maybe they need new management...

i’ve been to this bagels place maybe 5 or 6 times with like a month in between visits and 4 of those times they did not make my food. for example earlier today i came in, was not busy at all. Maybe 6 people total inside eating and i go into line with one person in front of me and nobody behind me. I order 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels (one without cheese though) and went to sit down, waited 5 mins, some people came in ordered. 15 minutes go by and it seems everyone has gotten their food who ordered after me. Waited now 30 minutes and i gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they just had a lot on the grill. 50 minutes go by and im fed up so i go and ask about my food. they never made it but finally they start working on it and bring it out but still made one of the bagels incorrectly but by this point im already done with this place and just want to leave so i eat it anyway. i wouldn’t be writing this review if it was the first time but this has happened to me a total of 4 times, one of those times i was with my friends i ordered 3rd out of the 5 of us and they all got their food and not me. no refund or anything for any of the 4 times they haven’t made my food and it hasn’t just happened to me many other reviews stating the same thing. Lost me as a customer and will not be coming back because this...
