Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Fyffe

FYFFE LOCATION. I was at the drive thru around 9p.m tonight. The kiddos swam until late and I wasn't about to cook so we chose here. I did have a pretty big order but nothing difficult or picky. I noticed when I was half way home that I was missing 4 cheeseburgers. (That was for the kids) So I immediately called. They took my name and said they'd replace my order since I didn't want to turn around and come back and get those (gross I don't want to eat soggy burgers much less my children). Anyways, fast forward to being home. My husband and I opted to give them our meals since I was shorted theirs. Apon giving out food my daughter starts eating before I've even finished passing it all out. She then begins to freak out because her mouth was hot. I start investigating and notice my burger that I had given her had jalapeños all over it! It was definitely not a big jack. I tried calling back to tell them about this as well but apparently it's okay to take the phone off the hook at 9:30pm when they don't close till 11pm. I'd understand if they were busy but they had literally half the employees sitting at the tables playing on their phones when I first pulled in to place my order. Absolutely no excuse for such...

I am leaving a review because the issue has happened more than once. This morning 7-17-24 I stopped and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I was looking forward to breakfast and was really hungry. Ordered my food got 3 or 4 miles down the road and open my biscuit and was only bacon and cheese no eggs. How does anyone screw this up? This was not the 1st time. Another occurrence ordered 4 piece chicken finger and the girl asked me what dipping sauce. Got my order drove home and opened the bag and it was a cheese burger.

I don’t understand how this location always screws up the order. I can go to Section and I can say that is the best restaurant and has never messed a single order up. Also it is teenagers working inside at Section and the service is far beyond better than Fyffe.

Foods ok at best. No one is gonna feel like they’re getting high quality fast food for sure. Staff speak a million miles an hour at drive through, letting you know that all they care about is the service time through the window. Countless times, food has been incorrect. Management has bad attitude. They also allow customers every single day to park in an area of the parking lot that isn’t for parking and if they get your order wrong, which is often, customers can’t circle back around in the parking lot due to parked cars and you are then forced to sit there waiting to pull out into to the highway and traffic and back into the other entrance to go back and get your order fixed. It’s just very poorly managed. Only fast food in the whole city so folks just have to...
