Don't waste your time here. Tonight was the final straw for us and we won't be back again.

We used to order delivery from America's Best a LOT. We stopped ordering for over a year, even with a $70-something credit because they were ALWAYS messing up our orders - ALWAYS, hence the $70-something credit on the account. We decided to give it another try after a year, and on the 2nd order, I was questioned as to why we had so much credit and what had been made wrong. Like, you don't have a note in your system?

After my 3rd order, the rest of my credit 'disappeared,' and somehow I had used up the credit to the cent on 3 small orders. I guess the owner didn't want to honor the credit any longer and didn't have the professionalism to just saw as much. But whatever, it was from a year ago, and since this happened, I figured they'd probably put a note on our account to make sure everything was right so they'd never had to give us a credit again.

We ordered a pizza and wings tonight. It was late getting delivered because we were told another driver grabbed our wings, so they had to remake the wings. Our pizza we ordered was wrong. I called and said I wanted it to be remade (because I am not doing a credit anymore; I want what I paid for). They remade it and had it here in 35 minutes. WRONG AGAIN, even moreso this time. HOW? We called and spoke with the owner this time, who paused for an excessive amount of time after explaining our order was wrong for a 2nd time. We told them to remake it again and maybe the third time's a charm. He said he needed the pizza back. Um, no. You are just going to throw it in the garbage. We told them the driver was more than welcome to look at the pizza to verify it was indeed wrong (they didn't ask for the first one back and they would be welcome to look at it too).

So if they thought we were lying about it being wrong, come on in and look. Even though we told the owner the driver could look and verify it was indeed wrong, he refused to remake it a third time. It is NOT my fault the pizza was wrong and there is no reason to take a pizza back when it will go in the garbage can. If anything, we can take the pizza to a fire station and ask if they want it.

I read a comment America's Best made somewhere about possibly having to close their doors down, and if this is standard practice with customers now, I can surely see why. Little Caesars has better pizza anyway. We are done with...

I was treated the WORST I have ever been treated today!!! I placed an order and asked how long. The man said about 12 minutes. I left, went 2 places and came back. Now there's some woman up front complaining they need more help on Fridays. I asked about my order, and was told it wasn't started yet. I told him my friend may want her money back because we had to go. I was loud talked and yelled at by the lady who had nothing to do with the order.When I yelled back at her, the owner (so I was told) said loudly yes she was being disrespectful. She started to yell and cuss and so did I. Then another man comes from the back and threatens to call the police on me while the owner is standing at the register and I'm waiting with her card in my hand for him to refund her money. I was also cussed at by a guy who said she was his wife after I said to the owner that must be his wife. She was made to go in an office where she continued to yell and cuss and so did I. I truly want to know if there is any upper management of this place. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. I was told there was noone else to call. If anyone reads this and knows someone else to reach, please let me know. I would love for someone to look at the receipt and tell me that they agree with the time and for me to return and be told the order isn't even started. We heard good things about the food here and couldn't wait to try it. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know about how I was treated. I wish there was a way to give a zero for this...

Ran across this little gem of a place today. I’ve eaten pizza all over the country and I find myself extremely picky when it comes to a pizza but I’m always up for a new place to try.

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza along with a order of stuffed cheese bread.

First off that cheese bread is absolutely delicious and flavorful, tons of cheese. Marinara sauce is very good, my only complaint… the sauce was cold. Not an issue by any means, still enjoyed.

Now for the pizza….. I wasn’t sure what to expect, most pizza joints in the south are mediocre at best and tend to be over priced.

With that said. The smell coming out of that box will make you salivate. Upon opening the box to reveal the source of that glorious smell is a sight to behold, Loaded with cheese and a crust that is cooked to perfection. The amount of steak was nothing to laugh at, I was shocked to see how much of that tender meat that was scattered across this thing. The combination of the crust and all it’s toppings absolutely made for one of the best pizzas I have found in the southern states. I can’t wait to go back and try more off their menu.

Price wise for this quality is fantastic! The gentleman making food was a delight.

If you want an amazing pizza that is so far beyond anything you could franchise… this is definitely the place to go. You won’t be disappointed.
