Sunny's Donuts — Restaurant in Gaffney

We have been going to Sunny's for years now and we were in the area and decided to stop by. First thing we noticed the usual owners weren't in the store. So I believe the owners of the store changed. Ok. So we look at the Donuts. We got 2 Buttermilk bar Donuts, a cinnamon twist donut and 2 creme filled Donuts. We waited until we got home to eat them. We decided to split the bar Donuts in half. My dad split it and then ate some of it. He said it tasted off. He then picked up of other half and proceeds to saw that the donut is raw in the middle. I then split to the other to find it's raw in the middle too. Needless to say we were so disappointed. And the fact we have been coming to this store for years and this has never happened. We are so glad we did not order any more of them in the box. It's sad to say but we will not be...

Wonderful Donuts! The story has it, that "Sonny" makes all the donuts fresh each day. I can believe it, because they sure are delicious. The filled items are F-I-L-L-E-D! Not like these franchise places where you'd think it'd kill their mother if they added a decent amount of filling. In fact, with some items, the customer has a choice of fillings, and they fill it right there while you wait (like the chocolate chip log on the left if the picture). If you need any more convincing, I made a two hour round trip for the SOLE PURPOSE of getting some if these donuts! The donuts at the top of the picture didn't travel so well on my motorcycle, but they were still yum yummy. For reference, the box is about 15" wide. Sunnys donuts is the best donut shop I have EVER been too!!! They have all kinds of different things from bear claws to apple fritters to cinnamon rolls all which are HUGE!! Then any kind of donut u could want!!! One I find cute is the fruity peebles donut!! They're attached to a BP as well!!! And when I say they are cheap there so cheap I have to explain!!! We got 1 blue and green sprinkle donut 1 sugar donut 1 HUGE chocolate log donut thingy (not the name lol but I huge I'd say 5L by 3w by 2 h) and 1 HUGE (never seen one this big atleast 4in long and 3 in high) cinnamon roll for only 9 dollars on top of that as I was leaving the lady handed me a free bag of donut holes with atleast 10 In them!!! I'd go no where else as u cannot beat the price and...
