Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Gainesville

The service here is a joke. Two guys closed last night. One was standing around, staring at my friend and I while we waited for service while the other served the guy in front of us.

After the other customer left, we were ignored. No hello, no get out, nothing. I guess they were hoping we would just walk out if they ignored us entirely.

Once they figured out we weren't leaving, they decided to finally serve us. My friend and I both ordered two scoops of ice cream and, while mine was perfectly fine, this absolutely rude boy gave her one scoop and a sliver of a second. When confronted, he proceeded to act condescending and counted the "scoops" out to me. I then made him compare my cup to hers, told him to fix it, and we left.

This place is AWFUL. Won't be back, and will be pulling a Karen and reporting...

Sooo continued from my other bad experience at the other store... I came to this location to purchase the "USS butterscotch" sundae because the other location could not make waffle cones due to staffing issues. Well this location had waffle cones but they Informed me that they could not make the USS buterscotch because they were out of of the buterscotch ice cream. So I asked if they could make it anyway just substitute the ice cream with another... the employee seem confused, he called the other employee from the back to help us, so I asked again and was told no they couldn't make the sundae with out the buterscotch ice...

Wouldn't recommend this place at all! This is our second time stopping through to get ice cream, first time customer service wasn't there..Period! A year later it hasn't changed and NO napkins, didn't even ask what kind of cookies we wanted (we didn't know there was an option), threw 2 ice cream sandwiches in the bag...
