I ordered a large house fried rice a large house lo mein 2 order the chicken wings in 3 egg rolls extra crispy I got home I had one order wings the lo mein was overcooked I called the lady she told me she only charged me for one order of wings I took low mein the next evening she refunded me the $9 in change for the house lo mein I asked her could I get two orders of wings and pay the difference she told me no wings ready I said it's okay I don't mind waiting she said she said no no wings ready take long time they have to season them and they're marinate them before I can buy them I'll give you your money back she stated and refused to sell any wings and I was very polite I didn't talk a lot I didn't raise my voice there was an officer there I think he just wanted to get me out the store she don't have to worry I won't...

I love this place! I've been eating there for probably ten years (at least)... very rarely disappointed. I keep coming back, so I must like it! 😁 The shrimp is always tasty, chicken too. Mom has had a chicken dish she didn't like once, but I never have. They are always friendly and its worth the price. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the fortune cookies, but that's so minor that it doesn't affect my rating. If you live here or you are visiting and you want tasty Chinese food fast, this is the place! My partner says it reminds him of "New York style" whatever that means. They are good about swapping ingredients if you don't like something (for example, green bell peppers) and they will give you chicken fried rice or veggie fried rice if you don't want the pork. I always go to another Chinese place in town but I wanted to use a Door Dash gift card and they didn’t have my usual restaurant on DD. I settled on Hot Wok and the portions were huge, arrived hot and the food was so fresh and delicious. I’ve never had general tso chicken with such a crispy exterior and so tender in the middle. And the sauce had a great flavor. The egg roll was a standard egg roll, nothing special but was good and the fried rice had a very good flavor (served in a little Chinese takeout cardboard box).
