Everything about this restaurant I love, except their customer service. I ordered a burrito with two meats once to go, once I got home, started eating waiting and eating then realized I only got one meat, I call and I was explaining to the waitress and she said I needed to get up from my house and take the food back to them in order for me to get it fixed or get a refund. The interaction kept going for almost 5 minutes and I finally asked to talk to a manager and she said that she was the manager. I told her I just wanted a refund for what I charged for since it was extra meat. She did not gave a solution to the situation other than, idk what you want me to do. The waitress brought me some tortilla chips and red salsa after seating me. They were good. I ordered the Pollo Adobo platillo and asked for some tortillas to go with it, which I received. There were four tortillas and they had been heated on a flat iron, so they were good. The chicken was delicious! It had fresh chopped vegetables and I liked the sauce. Spicy, but not mean spicy. I also liked the rice. I don't eat refried beans so I can't comment on those. The other dishes I saw the wait staff walking around with looked good, too.
