Georgianna Motel — Hotel in Gainesville

We pay $200 per week and have for 8 years. Others pay $250+ per week. We have payed $10,800 per year X 8 = $86,400 totally. Our bathroom walls are covered with mold. The bathroom window latch is broken. The enamel has long been worn off the inside of the bathtub. The window screens have visible holes in them. The toilet above us periodically leaks dripping on the unlucky person on the throne. We have no bedspread. The window curtains cover the air conditioner, blocking the air. (We use paper clips to hem the part covering the unit.) Mold constantly grows on the cinder block walls. No Maid has entered our room in eight years. Don't even deserve a star. The staff is rude especially the Indian woman. When we first walked in we saw a roach bug the bath tub looked nasty, the comforter on one bed looked like someone peed on it then the other bed looked like it had blood. So I went and asked for clean sheets she tells me to wait until the morning to sleep in it for the night.... Um.... Really I want my money back she said she was would have to charge us for the night instead okay for what all I did was walk in. Eventually we said nevemind we would stay then she tells us her manager would give us our full refund and I had to give the key even though we was...

Worst experience ever, place has roaches, had to call everyday for a new TV, and that told me I used too much water. I will never go back and would never recommend the place to anyone.

First night they charged me 55$ Never asked how many people were staying. They called me on the room phone and asked if there was three people staying, she said it was okay for 2 but not three. Then the price went up to $70 for the "weekend price" Monday came around price never went down. She said it was the price for 2 people.

The place clearly had wifi it says "Georgianna Motel Wifi" but the office refused to give out...
