Starbucks — Restaurant in Gainesville

I tried looking up the phone number so I could speak directly to the manager, unfortunately it wasn't listed. I have normally had great serive and nothing to complain about, but yesterday I bought 2 bacon guoda sandwiches for myself and my mom along with a ice tea and water through the drive-thru around 10:24 am. The employee was super hyped about life and it put a smile on my face.

I took my order home, we ate, it felt a little off but that can happen with those sandwiches. I went about my day. Around 11:30 pm, I began experiencing food poisoning (the politest way to put it). I thought it had to have been something I ate just a few hours before. But then my mom began vomiting 🤢 and then only thing we had together was our Starbucks.

Please do better on making sure cross contamination doesn't happen and temperatures are spot on. I am so grateful my daughter who was just released from Shands after having a Blood & Marrow Transplant didn't order anything. This would have surely sent her back to the hospital. I had to cancel my dentist appointment for 8 am because I was still vomiting and had to pay a $50...

Fantastic spot to grab coffee and food in cosy ambience. Very near to the UF, so ideal spot for completing your assignment or attend meeting! Perfect to hangout with friends!
