Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gainesville

I was in the lobby when the lady taking drive thru orders started yelling, cursing, and getting nasty to the lady who makes the food for walk ins. The lady who was making the food for walk ins had just helped a customer with gift cards and she was standing at the front waiting for our order considering we were taking a while to decide. The drive through lady was saying with a NASTY attutude that since shes standing there doing nothing that she needs to sweep the drive thru food line while me my wife and our daughter decide the order. The lady doing drive thru started cusing at the lady on the walk in side and I have to say we were so distracted by that that it was hard to order our food. I couldn't help but defend the lady and say there are customer's out here and you should watch your language. When the manager came to the front to drop a deposit. i stated what happened and that it needs to be handled asap all she said was yeah ill handle it not even giving me eye contact. The lady that was doing drive thru orders should be fired no employee should be yelled or bullied at their job by another employee. I speak very slowly to make sure I am clearly understood by the general public. I ordered a beefy melt burrito with no sour cream and the Taco Bell employees making my food took it upon themselves to put sour cream on it instead. I don’t know why they won’t just make it how you order it. Maybe they think they know what I like more than i do, or maybe if I did something to piss them off? This Taco Bell will leave you confused and guessing what just happened. What the hell is going on?

Thankfully, they gave me a full refund when I returned all of the food. Not like they had a choice though, I would have held up their entire line the entire night until they gave me my money back. They did not give me a hard time about giving a full refund and that i is the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1 star.

Also, I went there a couple of nights ago and I kid you not…. THEY WERE ONLY SERVING STEAK. I’m not sure kind of weird political statement they were trying to make. I live fairly close to this Taco Bell and have been really unsatisfied with the inconsistency of quality. This time I had experienced enough to leave a review. I ordered through the Taco Bell app for pick-up(which is supposed to be a smoother and easier process - it is not) and was missing items and additions that I requested. I asked them to remake it, which they did without complaint so I commend the politeness of the staff. The only issue is the quality remained the same and I was still missing additions that I had paid extra for - for a second time in a row within a span of 5-10 minutes. It may only be an extra 40 cents for sauce, but it is still very frustrating to not receive an item you pay extra for... no matter how much. Also, the quality of food was very poor. I know it’s fast food and you get what you pay for, but it seems that there is little to no care about what goes into an order here. I also order through DoorDash from this location quite often and experience a lot of the same issues. I really wish they would send someone to fix this store and get it back in shape!
