This is going to be long, so let me preface this by saying I've been coming here since they opened with the original owners and they have been great for years but my experience tonight was different because of the handling of their rewards. I lived nearby when they opened and was a frequent visitor. I have moved farther away and don't get there often now. The last time I was in there I was told I had enough points for a t-shirt but they were getting new designs in soon. They only had the one I already owned at this point so they recommended I wait. I stopped back in today to grab some interesting beers because I realized I was going to be nearby and I was reminded because I was wearing their old t-shirt. The guy checking me out looked for my rewards account and couldn't find it. Then has asked the last time I was in and I said I didn't know and he informed me that 2 years ago they switched systems and if you haven't been in 2 years everything was lost so my account wasn't even there.
I felt like it's been less than 2 years but I have no idea. He asks to see my emails and I show them all going back to when they first started their rewards in 2011. Their old emails did not show your rewards points. You had to go into the store to find out. He goes and checks with either the manager or the owner who is nearby and I hear him laugh and say too bad, "He hasn't been here in 2 years".
I can guarantee you now that I won't be here anytime in the next 2...

With as many customers that come in, that make you feel special with every visit. It’s a popular place for regulars to hang out and grab a beer or wine, enjoy a great food truck and relax. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I can safely say I’m here every Thursday for Cilatro Tacos, and a great beer. And possibly other days during the week because it’s an easy stop on the way home. Long story short, whether you want to try something new or pick up something you love, Tipples is the...

Bought a $30 bottle of mead, opened it in the seating area (as allowed) to enjoy a few sips. Before leaving the associate took the bottle from me and placed it into a bag and stapled it shut.
Halfway home the bottle began to spray honey mead all over my backseat and onto my passengers. Nightmare ensued. The entire bottle was lost.
Upon calling the store I was advised they take no responsibility for the packaging of the product and will not provide any reasonable discount for another bottle.
Will not...
