Read moreOn October 13th I arrived at WaWa for gas and masked to enter and pay for my pump. I noted that the employee (Kyle) who appeared to be in "charge" had his mask below his nose and was directed a young lady (Destiny) on how to enter the charges. I paid for my gas in cash went to the pump, it did not start. I pressed the "call" button without response. I re-entered the store for a second time and was told by Kyle that Destiny entered the wrong pump for my transaction and now there should not be an issue (no apology). I returned to my pump and AGAIN, no gas, AGAIN no answer on the call button. For a third time I entered and asked for the manager it was him (Kyle) -still not fully masked, he advised me that it was my error and I had failed to remove the pump from my car before he could have reapplied my charges to the correct pump the second time I had come in. I asked that he follow me to my pump this time (as I have been back in the store 3x now) to ensure it was correct. He declined and sent out another employee. I asked for his name and the number to the store, he handed me a shredded piece of paper, back with someone else's partial Credit Card number on it. Not with this stores number but, a 1 800 number. And would not provide his name (also did not a an ID name on his shirt). I turned to the line of people behind me and said "I can not believe this, he doesn't apologize, blames me, does not mask, will not answer the "call button" from the pump and now will not give me his name. He then took the paper from my hand and added his name; commenting that they only answer call buttons for the handicapped. I arrived with 20 minutes to go before my shift started, this made me 12 minutes late and...
Horrible experience. We tried to use the self check out, which we've never had a problem with even when purchasing alcohol. But instead of someone coming over to put in the code because we got alcohol, we were told we had to get in line at the counter. When we first walked up there was no one there. But by the time they finally told us they refused to help us at self checkout after waiting around for severalinites, a line had formed. If they were doing their job we would have been out of there by then. So instead of helping us right away because we were first, we got sent to the back of the line. Then a second cashier showed finally but still made us wait. When we finally got to the counter the lady said she needed to see both our I.D.s in order to sell my husband the alcohol stating it was store policy and state law. It may be a store policy but not a state law. We've lived Florida for years and this has never once been a thing. I went ahead and showed her my I.D. just to hurry and get out of there. We are here for the weekend and staying around the corner. We were planning on coming back tomorrow on our break but we will definitely be going...
Read moreI ordered two sandwiches tonight from this location. I thought this was a very simple order. One was a plain Steak and cheese with caramelized onions and one was a Ham and Cheese with double meat and cheese. I requested onions, Pepper Relish, extra vinegar, salt and pepper, and pickles. Well of course I guess the ticket was to hard to read and follow directions. Perhaps if the two employees actually paid attention instead of talking the entire time, they possibly could have been able to read the ticket. I got home and there was no extra meat, no extra cheese, no mayo, no Pepper Relish, or no oil or vinegar. So I called the store and spoke to a store Manager by the name of Kathleen. Needless to say this was pointless. Not only did she act as though I was a inconvenience, she had a attitude because I told her I lived over 35 miles away and could not come back in to the store tonight to get the sandwich remade. She then proceeded to tell me that maybe the oil and vinegar could have soaked into the bread and maybe I just didn't see it. Really like I wouldn't be able to tell! If you order check...
