Wendy's — Restaurant in Gainesville

Absolutely LOVE eating here. The staff is always friendly. The food is fresh. I'd eat here everyday if I could afford to lol. And if you have any issues they're so quick to resolve it and they even have me free mini frosties for me and my kids.I wish all establishments were like this one.

Edit. I posted this awhile back but after going there on multiple occasions they make way too many mistakes and then won't answer the phone to fix it. They attempted to take a burger off my order to give me the discount because their app doesn't work and they gave me meat and cheese on bread and that's it lol. After I specifically asked if she took it off would they make it right and she assured me. This isn't the first time they made a mistake it's almost every single time and it gets old. I have had some poor experiences in the past with different places but I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced something this ridiculous. They missed an entire meal from my order. There were only 3 nuggets in 3 of the 4 nuggets I got out of the 5 I was supposed to have. My daughter can't eat bread due to allergies so we ordered lettuce as the bun on TWO different burgers FOR A REASON!! They put bread buns on EVERY sandwich we did manage to get. Then I didn't receive a single sauce packet that I very specifically added. I know because I had 4 different people from a 5 person family asking for 4 different sauces. Nobody got any of them. This is the worst service out of any fast food place in Gainesville. The employees are all rude, they dont greet you at all. If you use drive through, they just say "order". If you try to use the drive thru late, they always say the drive thru is closed. The food is awful, fries are always cold and the cheese is never melted on the burgers.
