Frantastic Cafe — Restaurant in Galena Park

Nothing works, place is dirty, they only have one person working taking orders and cooking. I paid for 2 meals and 2 drinks the guy working there has to turn on the CO2 everytime someone needs a refill. So I get tired of getting up and went in my truck and grabbed a coke zero and the guy that runs the place tells me I have to throw it away and buy another drink yet their machine doesn't work and is leaking. When I refused he proceeded to waste first responders time and call the police. Don't waste your time. As a business owner I'll never come and spend money here again. Food is salty and meat burnt. I will be contacting the health department I saw a roach behind the counter. For your information dear uneducated business owner no one threw a tantrum you were the one acting like a baby and standing over me like you were going to do something you little worm. I would not go back to your run down establishment if it were the last place to eat in Galena Park. You need to show respect to your paying customers if not get another job. Stop in to purchase shrimp and fish which shrimp wasn't available. I'd asked for a soda in exchange but the guy on the cash register said he couldn't do it ok fine. I proceeded to pay but acknowledged i was giving him my DL instead of my credit card, silly me. Both the guy at the cash register and woman cooking thought i was kidding around with them and i was laughing at myself, both had the most jacked up attitude because I laughed about a mistake I made, and the both of the took it wrong. It's not worth a dime of my money if laughter bothers one for doing so, as I told the both of them life is too short to not have laughter in life. I had them refund my money back and I won't step foot in that establishment again. It doesn't hurt no one to laugh, to have joy and peace. As a business owner, both need to learn so customer service skills and respect for customers, don't know one owes the establishment anything. I went to this restaurant for the first time today, and I was very disappointed, seeing the reviews I thought I was going to get a good burger for a great price, that was not the case. I ordered the bacon avocado cheeseburger, and from the name I was expecting a hearty cheeseburger with bacon slices and avocado. I ended up getting a cheeseburger with flimsy uncooked pieces of bacon, even though I asked for the bacon to be well done, and not even two little pieces of avocado. I ordered fries and a drink with my meal and unfortunately the drink machine was down so I only was able to pick between sprite and lemonade, the fries were hot, but they were not fully cooked giving them a rubber texture, I spent $18 on a meal that I could have Purchased elsewhere for better quality, I will...
