Where do I start! Let's start with the HORRIBLE service from the drive thru employee. I decided to go get Coffee and a few Glazed doughnut, as I approach the window I can already see the drive thru employees face she look's upset that she has to be working on Sunday. I ask for a small coffee with cream and She gives me a look like I have just asked her for something out of this world, as I watch her she squeezes a drop of cream from a container and gives me a get the Hell out of here look wow I guess she does not realize her pay check comes from the customers that buy their products. Donuts were fresh no complaints on product. I believe this Shipley donuts is independently owned, bad Customer service can make or break your business as it is Galena park is a very small area so you have to work hard to keep every single customer coming back. I would have give this business a five star rating if it would have not been for t bf e female with the pick jacket at the drive thru making me feel like I was disturbing her she practically threw me out of the drive thru..
